While the quality of the food was satisfactory, our overall experience was marred by subpar service.

Firstly, the individual responsible for cutting the meat exhibited a lack of professionalism by seemingly treating tomatoes as if they were playing cards. This behavior was not only unappetizing but also raised concerns about hygiene practices within the kitchen.

Moreover, the demeanor of the staff, particularly the girl handling the toppings, left much to be desired. It was evident that she did not appear to be engaged or enthusiastic about her role, which significantly impacted the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

The most disappointing aspect of my visit was the inaccurate estimate of the waiting time for my order. Despite being informed that it would be ready in 5 minutes, it took approximately 20 minutes to be prepared. During this extended wait, I observed two kitchen staff members taking a break and casually enjoying their meals. Wow. All I have to say is wow. 41 bucks and this all Winder has to offer. This is why I've stopped eating out. Jimmy John's won't deliver and this what you call a sub from Jersey Mike's? What a joke. Do yourself a favor Winder and cook at home. Don't go out to eat. Cook your own food. This is bizzare and weird and I don't even even want to feed it to my dogs. This is twice I've ordered delivery. This is twice I've been disappointed. Put these business out of business. I'm done ordering from winder "restaurants". I will cook my own food instead paying for something that doesn't deliver.

The food was great! My husband and I both got Hot subs - the big chicken kahuna and the buffalo chicken. They were hot and well done.

On the downside, it took at least 20 minutes, if not more, with no other customers and seven people on staff. I'm pretty sure most of them are still learning, and the manager is trying to teach them. I understand that, so I will give this place another try in the future. Unfortunately, the manager is teaching them in front of the customers, which makes it a bit awkward.
