We patronized this location last night and arrived around 7pm. Our party had six adults and our six children. When the server came to the table, she had zero personality and seemed irritated to even be there. When asked what the kidsâ options for drinks were, she responded âkidsâ drinks??â This isnât an odd question for a server to receive. She couldnât get it together with who had what item on their check. âWhich ticketâ is all she would say when anything was ordered. So unprofessional. I arrived about 20 minutes into the experience as I was working until 7pm, and when I entered, I sat down with no menu and was not greeting by a server for two minutes. So, I got up and went to the bar where a menu was laying. The owner/manger? approached and I told him I had just joined my party, and instead of taking a drink order or asking if I had been served yet, he instructed me to join my party and a server would be with me shortly. Wow. Another missed opportunity to show attentive service. She eventually came over to get my drink order, then when she came back to drop it disappeared yet again for five minutes until returning to take my order. When we left, no one said anything to us to thank us or bid us a good night, even the owner/manger? who was literally three feet away. I was a server/bartender for almost twenty years before becoming a nurse. Itâs not a difficult job. If youâre busy and in the weeds, you can always show empathy and at least try to fake it.    Read moreOn 2/25 I took my kids to eat. At first it started out really good, the food was really good , at the end of dinner is when the crap hit the fan. Our waitress brought us the bill and I gave her my card. It took her a while to come back to our table. She asked me if I gave her my card. The card I used was my business card, that pays for all the software that we use to get the job done. She had lost my card with in 20 steps to the cash register. So then I was told that the manager was going to take off some of my bill. $25 I scratched up enough just to pay the bill. I was told that I would get a phone call at the end of the night so they could find it as they were closing. Well no phone call until the next morning from the waitress at 830 AM They have found my card and it was in the safe and that everyone at the store knew I would be there. When I arrived to my card up, nobody knew anything. They were pulling different cards out of the safe and my card was not there. As Iâm about to leave, another waitress opens the cash drawer and itâs sitting in there not secured where anyone could take a picture of the numbers. I feel like I was done wrong by the manager for making me pay the bill. I own a business and if that happened in my company I would be taking care of the bill plus apologizing. So I did cancel my card as soon as I got home, now I have to change all my card information for all the subscriptions that we have. So if you go pay attention when they take your card to pay.    Read moreI would like to consider our office some regulars. We frequent this location at least once a week most weeks two times. Today was HORRIBLE, we walked in sat outside where it was a little warmer, it was right at 12pm as we were on our lunch break. The waitress came and got our drink order, came out about 12:10 with our drinks and collected our orders. We each ordered a sandwich off the lunch menu. At 12:35 no sign of our food, and we only have till 1pm as its our lunch hour. One of the girls that was in our party went inside to check on our order, we were told there is someone new in the kitchen and it's taking him a little while longer, we continued to wait, we asked if we could go ahead and pay/grab to go drinks and just package our food to go as it was nearing our time to return to work. At 12:53pm the waitress finally brings our food out, still no to go drinks. So, we go inside to wait on those so we can get back to the office. The waitress is talking to another coworker and then realizes we are waiting, hands us our drinks, with drink all around the outside cup. She then proceeded to try and wipe it with a rag, one I'm guessing she uses to wipe tables. We stop her and ask for napkins, so we can wipe on our own. We get back to the office to eat our food at our desk, all of our bread was soggy from the amount of condiments put on the sandwiches, and the fries were undercooked and stuck together.
