Changing review and will never order from this place again. I paid food service to pick up food in cash the man picked it up said he paid had receipt but woman called again stating she would call police and I would have to pay twice and with my card (after paying cash). So I called delivery service told him return food no longer wanted it and bring my money back . Sounds like she was trying to scam me for double payment. Be careful when ordering from here. Been going here for years but guess management changed bc I've never had a problem before this nonsense that makes no sense. Be careful and keep receipts due to scammers..update spoke to delivery guy he said the woman tricked him out of 30 which is believable (he has disabilities) instead of giving him the 100 bill back she just gave him amount he originally paid and got the food too. That how she shorted the poor man. Very sad that someone took advantage of a person with disabilities. Read moreCalled in an order. Arrived 10 minutes after calling it in and paid for it I waited patiently for another 10 minutes and inquired about my order being ready. I was told by The girl working the register that it was gonna be a little bit longer. I watch people who came in after me an order at the counter receive their dishes so I inquired again. The girl at the counter then says, well it depends on what you ordered it could be longer. I do not work here but it was obvious to me the cooks weren’t cooking anything new on the grill And everyone in the restaurant had their food. When I inquired for the third time a little over 20 minutes later they scrambled and found my food sitting over in the corner in a to go bag. The same girl working the cash register hands it to me and says there you go and walks away. I opened it to find my food not even warm. The cook came over and decide to stick his finger in my food to see if it was hot or not and offered to make a new one for me but By this time I was furious. I did ask for a refund and it was given. Read moreAfter talking to the person in charge and trying to resolve the problem; we agreed on refund. I went there and had to explain myself 4 times so they decided to refund me and remake my meal . As The manager agreed. The problem I have then was the meal … who cares ; but was how the owner lady approached me : “what’s the problem I’ve got my kids in the car” in a very rude way !!! I told her they got taking care of and she continues in a very rude way saying what’s the problem because she is the owner:” I m the owner she wants to know.”owner Stated the manager lady was confused and does not know much !!! What kind of leadership ;a boss express themselves about their employees like that. I go there all the time and Never had this problem. But the problem I have is the attitude of how the owner lady came up to me and her attitude towards means her employees.
