August 8, 2023 Got to this1625 Pleasant Hill Rd Ste A10, Duluth location at 7:05 PM. The employees told me they were closed. I told them their Schlotzsky's website, Google & the hours Painted On The Door I Just Walked Thru State Closing 8:00PM. The employees said, "Sorry we are closed." I was not a happy camper. Nor were the other customers that came in behind me. Obviously Schlotzsky's doesn't care about customers.
UPDATE: I sent my above comment in an email to Schlotzsky's last night. I got this email this morning. I appreicate their quick response.

You are right google and website shows the original closing time of 8 pm but ever since Covid we have changed our store timing from 11 am- 7 pm M-Sat and 11am - 2pm Sunday. Place my order up front with the cashier then after about 20 minutes passed, the cashier looks over at me and FINALLY realizes that she never rang my order up properly and so they NEVER made my sandwich. She then tried to rush and make it after she realized what happened and asked me to waste another 10 minutes waiting on them to make it. I’m sitting here waiting and watching other people get there orders all while waiting on mine, only to never receive it AT ALL! I wasted my entire lunch break waiting on food I never got all because of negligence. I was soo frustrated and hungry, I simply left with no food and an empty stomach. No free sandwich, and I was out of 100 rewards points. I called Corp and told them what happened. I was told someone from the location I had gone to would call me. The store manager called yesterday, apologized for the problem, and told me I could come in for a free small sandwich. When I arrived both the cashier and the person who prepared the food took care of me. When I said I wanted to make it a combo, the cashier told me the combo would be on the house!
