The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Georgia

For Christmas dinner, we always go to Honey Baked Ham! We had never been to this particular store and we will not be going back. It was a very small store! They had roped off the small area in front to make a total of 3 lanes. I am disabled and have to use a walker everywhere I go and it was really hard to maneuver. I would either be in the way for a customer or I would wind up knocking into a cooler case. At one point, I went to try and get into one of the lanes and my hand got scratched up by a display. I know the employees saw it happen and I shrieked because it surprised me, plus it hurt! No one even bothered to ask me if I was ok or if I needed a band aid to which I was a little annoyed about. We bought boneless ham, sliced turkey, mustard and a frozen Mac n Cheese. As always the food was delicious and the family was very happy to have leftovers. From now on, we will be going to the store not far from us which is a very large store where there is plenty of room for any kind of disabled person...

Pre-Ordered a half ham (early) for Thanksgiving so it would be ready when I got there to pick it up like it had been in years past. Well NOT This Time!! I go on my scheduled pick up date to get it to find a Line around the building. It didn't matter if you Pre-ordered or Not...You still had to stand in that line. And when you FINALLY get to the front they DO NOT Have preorders set aside. You have to pick from what they have left. I paid more than what I had ordered and luckily I didn't want a Turkey because they ran out & when I left I let people in the long line know they were out of it & a LOT of them were saying they had preordered TURKEY for that reason...so they would have one on hold. I told them yep...I had ordered a certain size ham & they didn't have it either so I had to pay way more. Let's just say I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM HONEY BAKED HAM AGAIN! They do NOT take care of their customers. There's no point in placing an order when they don't even honor it. I'll make my own or order...

Absolutely amazing !!! I took a chance on HoneyBaked Ham for our company meeting boxed lunches and my co-workers were so happy with their lunches. This location isn't the one that should service my area, but they took on our order at the request of the store in our area that was already overwhelmed for today and this store delivered total quality, right on time. I so appreciate finding new places that will deliver the product better than i can imagine. HoneyBaked is on the list for sourcing lunches from this point forward for sure. Thank you Virgie and your staff for going out of your way to take care...
