“Don’t come back here” was what the girl behind the counter told the two customers in front of us. She said it’s a mess here…She wasn’t wrong. Nobody talks anymore for a live order, all orders are placed on your phone or some personality-less touch screen where you will inevitably have a question and will get no answer. Waited 20 mins on our simple order that I placed on my phone and the manager locked the door 30 mins before closing since they were “so busy”…the dining room was otherwise empty and I was one of 5 customers at the counter waiting for orders they had to place themselves. The couple that walked in the door heard the person behind the counter and left. This is why Chick-Fil-A is soaring and Wendy’s incredibly sucks. Not coming back, ever. There’s clearly nobody responsible or interested in this...

We often drive through this area to visit family. We have been to many Wendy's and this one is by far the best. At first, we were annoyed because the restaurant was over 3 miles from the exit. However, after visitin, we did not mind the drive AT ALL. The dining room is open until 8 pm, and we come from Centra time zonel, so didn't realize we arrived at about 7:40 pm. But the service was still fabulous, we didn't feel rushed or realize we were coming near closing time until i looked at my watch after we finished eating. Our order was made quickly, with all our orders being correct (rare for our picky children). The restaurant was clean, and we were finished just before 8pm so they were able to close up in time.
