Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited! Went in drive thur for breakfast. Ordered two number 3s with orange juice. After payment was taken we immediately told to Pull up bcuz they were waiting on potatoes. After a few moments went Inside to just cancel the potatoes and grab the sandwiches. In the warmer what do I see potatoes! I just let them know I would like to cancel the combo and take the sandwiches and be on my way. It was horrible trying to communicate that bcuz both workers were in the back wanting me to yell instead of one of them coming to the front to assist me. Eventually after they realized I didn’t want to be involved in a shouting match the drive thur person came up front. She fixed the potatoes and gave me my bag it at least what I thought should have been mine. Oh why didn’t I check it before I left, smh. Ended up with a double sausage something with bacon and a chicken biscuit!!!! There was a car waiting in front of me..:probably for potatoes. But how is it that early in the morning (7:30) and you’re claiming to be out of potatoes which was a lie. This location is always a horrible experience and I try to avoid it if possible. The ppl who work here are just not good at their jobs. Tearing this building down and making it a parking lot would serve this...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE.
I went through the drive thru and the girl told me they were only selling nuggets and fries (at a burger spot). I said cool, I wanted nuggets anyway. I ordered a 6 piece and came around to the window. She took my card and handed it back. I watched through the window another employee walked up with my nuggets and ranch dip.
HE DROPPED THE RANCH DIPS ON THE FLOOR AND SHE JUST THREW THEM IN MY BAG OF EXPOSED NUGGETS.
When she handed me the bag, I asked if the ranch fell on the floor. She and 2 other employees stood there not seeing an issue. She said "it's ranch". To which I replied " that fell on the floor" and she replied with attitude, "it's ranch".
All of them stood there looking at me like I was the problem. When the biggest problem is that they didn't see the problem with putting ranch dips that had fallen on the floor in a bag with exposed food.
It gave me the feel of someone seeing a baby drop it's pacifier and they just pick it up and put it back in the baby's mouth.
I saw the dude drop the ranch and I saw her put it in my bag.
And between 3 employees, not one of them saw an issue with it.
That is beyond alarming. Do not eat here. Imagine what else they don't see a...
Read moreI would give this place zero star if I can. This is the first time I have seen a fast food restaurant doing something like this.
This was 3/30/2024 Saturday night 8pm. The cashier job must be really miserable.
I was standing in front the order counter trying to order. I thought I was being patient, waiting for the staff to finish whatever she was doing. After standing there over 5 minutes with silence. This young lady next to counter just completely ignored me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Not even the eye contact. Keeps on packing food. Not a single word.
I thought maybe this isn't the cashier. Am I supposed to engage first to order the food? I said hello. Well, there comes the silent treatment. I waved hi, nothing. Okay, they don't get the signs? Is this not the cashier or what? Another person supposed to take the order? If not the cashier, shouldn't she be calling someone over? No one in the order station isn't acceptable. If Wendy doesn't want staffs to engage with customers, probably install order kiosk.
Well that was so rude, so I just left the place didn't said anything, no point getting in arguments. I know I am the little guy, guess they will survive without...
