Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

6-11-17 Horrible staff. I'm from Charleston SC, here on business. I went through this location at about 8:30pm and ordered a Salad and sweet tea. I was asked what dressing I wanted and replied that I wanted ranch. The woman took my payment and handed me my cc back without a receipt. I let this slide and as she handed me my salad bag I asked if my receipt was in the bag. She said no, she would get it for me. Five minutes later she handed me a receipt and didn't even bother to say 'you're welcome' or 'goodbye', but closed the window when I thanked her. Fast forward twenty minutes later and I'm in my hotel room getting ready to eat my salad only to realize there is no dressing in my bag. I call the store to tell them I am on my way back up to get my ranch. She gave me a dramatic and insincere 'sorry'. When I got there there was nobody in line so I drove through again. I sat there for a good three minutes before the young man greeted me. When I told him why I was there he showed me a ranch dipping sauce and asked me if this was what I wanted. I seriously had to describe the damn ranch packet to this kid. They finally figured it out and asked the kitchen for ranch. I then sat there for another five minutes waiting for while the woman rested her head against the drive through window. Even after all that I thanked her and she still did not acknowledge my courtesy.

UPDATE 6-13-17 Just went back to this location and I still did not...

I am sorry for having to leave this review, but this is exceptionally poor standards, even for Zaxbys. My girlfriend and I pulled in to the drive through to get something quick and easy. We asked for a wings and things meal traditional. With a cookie and an egg roll. We also ordered 2 frozen lemonades. The person working the drive through did not give us our total which we thought was weird, and they spoke so quickly and rushed that we were not able to follow the list of items they listed fully. We put it up to us being tired and moved on. When we got our food, we went back to work. When we finally began to dig into our meal, things took a turn. It seemed as though we were given boneless wings instead of traditional, which wasn't the end of the world, but disappointing. Then we saw the main reason I am writing this review. The ink on the cups for our lemonades was coming off onto our hands and into our drinks. My hands were not greasy at all, and the ink came off like water off a windshield. In addition, the lemonade was repulsively tart. While this might be up to preference, the ink in my drink was a bit more objective. Leaving this review as a indicator of my worst experience yet, but not to say that this is the permanent standards of this establishment. My wife and I stopped for dinner on a Sunday evening around 7:30 PM. We were able to place our order quickly and found a table that was clean. The restaurant was moderately busy with five or six order in front of ours.

Our wait time was not bad, we ordered a 20 piece medium traditional wings order, side of mushrooms and extra celery. with blue cheese. Our order number was called within ten minutes and our food was served hot and fresh. With one large drink our total cost was $30.24

FOOD: The overall quality of the food was excellent. The wings were fried perfectly and their was plenty of sauce. The mushrooms were plentiful and fried with a spicy coating, served with a side of Zax sauce for dipping. The celery was tender and fresh.

SERVICE: The service was par with other fast food restaurants. The front counter staff was friendly and efficient.

CLEANLINESS: The restaurant was clean, it was busy but tables and the floor were free of debris. Restrooms were stocked and clean.

No issues or problems and we would definitely stop here again when...
