So I’ve ordered here a lot and have had mostly good experiences. That have messed up my order, as in gave me a completely different order than I purchased, I called and the manager put me down for a redo order. I couldn’t come back the same day so it was a couple of days later I picked up my order. The food they gave me was horrible, it was the shrimp meal sorry don’t order it, it was not good.So today (626/24) I typically get the 5 piece wings meal and order online to be picked up in drive thru. I’ve done this several times. Today I get there 1 car in the drive thru I pull up and the girl says I can’t get your food you have to come in. If I wanted to come in I would have came in and ordered and not ordered online. What is the point of offering to pick it up through the drive thru if I can’t do it. I mean the girl didn’t sound like she really wanted to be there or something else, idk. I go in to get my order. They had it in the wrong area and then said I needed to bring up my receipt On my phone. Never had to do that before just had to give me name and they gave me the food. She said it was on the rack but said she needed to verify it. I have my name embroidered on my shirt that was on the ticket. I shouldn’t have to look through my phone for the receipt. It’s not like I went to the rack and looked for the name and then came to the cashier. I went straight to the cashier to get my food. So I guess they were trying to say I was making it up. Not sure but it will be a while before I go back. They need better customer service and if we can’t pick up our food in the drive thru it needs to be taken off their website. Of course barely any sauce on the wings and the sauce is not even half full. They increase the price and then cut back, why should we pay for...
Read moreWe frequent here a lot over the years but have not been here in a while. We went last week and order a wings and things and make it go big. The fries were skimped so bad it was not even enough to qualify for a regular order. They took the entire order back and told us to pull up, wait, and they will bring them out. We waited almost ten minutes for new fries to be made and had to go back inside twice to remind them we were still waiting before we even got our food back. It was not busy either. The fries were made fresh but the rest of the food was no longer fresh due to the wait. We returned back today and ordered the same meal wings and things, Go Big, and had the same issue with the fries - skimped - but this time the manager was on duty and she honestly should just get out of the way because she would rather debate about it then remedy the issue. The food was once again taken back but this time by the manager. We overheard her tell the cook that “we claim the fries are not enough”, fishing for negative attention. We asked for the corporate number and she claimed it was on the receipt but it was not and she finally told us to pull up and wait so I did. The cashier Lexie ended up resolving the problem with no issue which we fully appreciate. The manager needs training on two things; unsanitary practices - taking back food and also handing the same food back while not using any gloves and also deescalation. Additionally, the bickering among some of the staff claiming that “we always do this” basically insinuating we are trying to get free food but we paid for the food and didn’t ask for a refund the only TWO times there...
Read moreI ordered my food the day before they got it wrong so I’ll call back up there to make a complaint about my food. I was told by the night manager to bring it back up there. They make my whole order so I came up with my receipt of everything I had Up there today and I told the manager on shift what was going on he told me he wasn’t gonna remake my whole meal. He was only gonna remake the salad in the egg rolls mine yesterday I ordered a chicken tender Meal with double fries, chicken tender meal only had 10 fries and I didn’t get no sauce with my chicken tenders and my chicken tenders taste old then order chicken salad no bacon when I open the salad, it had bacon all on it then I had two eggrolls the eggrolls were burnt, so I told him what was wrong. He he proceeds to say he was not gonna replace the whole is only gonna give me the salad in the eggrolls. I asked for avocado ranch that I ordered yesterday to go with it. He said he wasn’t gonna give me the avocado ranch so I asked him. Could I have my money back and he was like we’ll just give you the ranch but then he goes to discuss with the lady in the kitchen What transpired and was talking about very loud. Then she goes to say is that her right there you looked over and say yeah that’s her I could hear everything he was saying then him and the girl with red hair on the front counter making smart remarks as a manager you shouldn’t do that you supposed to say example for your crew members please don’t eat here the customer...
