I had the worst experience at this dominos location. Yesterday, My friends and I placed an order with them. We didn’t receive the order. We called for an update, and the manager, Mason B, claimed they tried calling us twice (mind you we never received a phone call), and that the payment was voided in addition to it being a “set up”. We asked for a verification email stating that the payment has been refunded. He told us he could not do that and that we could sue them if we’d like. He proceeded to hang up in our face. When we called back, we spoke to an employee by the name of Brandon who was kind. Mason, a manager, no longer wanted to speak to us. Brandon acted as a middle man speaking back and forth between us and the manager. We finally received a photo of a $30 voucher being issued. Today, we went to the location to use the voucher and explain our experience with the general manager. She originally didn’t want to speak with us. When she finally came to the counter, she told us her employee would take our order and “zero it out” .. she wouldn’t look at the voucher or listen to the story. When she walked off she said “they don’t need me up here I don’t know why they asked for me” .. I asked the employee if she was the GM and he said yes. I asked him to ask her if she could provide us with her Boss’s phone number. When she returned, she YELLED! She said, “We do not give out owners numbers, y’all can get the F* out of my store or I can call the cops!” We asked if we could just get the our food, and she said y’all not getting S* now. She called the police. We have yet to receive the refund for the night before, and we cannot use the voucher because we are bann from this location. We have contacted corporate twice. The GM’s name is Whitney. I am disappointed. We were not rude, we did not yell, but this is what we experienced. We work in customer service, and theirs...
Read moreLast year this location was great... they had plenty of help, orders were timely and hot, nice safe location, and very clean store. But one night a few months ago I went in there for a carryout order and hardly anyone was working, orders for getting mixed up, and it took over an hour on a random Wednesday night. The next couple times was fairly similar to this, much longer than normal waits... even though the app said 15 minutes it was like 40 minutes. Very disorganized in there as well with angry customers milling about. One of the guys said they were had a lot of new people starting and weren't trained yet.
So tonight I had a free pizza based off of how many rewards points I had earned, so I ordered delivery...As I type this It's been an hour and a half since I ordered on Saturday afternoon and still have not received the order after it was promised on the app within 45 minutes. Read moreWhile I have been a well pleased customer of the Germantown Dominos in the past, the service I received on my order today has probably put me off Dominos delivery for good. My order was delivered as an incomplete order, missing the parmesan knots that were meant to be eaten with pasta. I called the store and was offered a replacement delivery which was fine. It is now 56 minutes since that offer was made and no redelivery. I am now a very unsatisfied customer.
Now the replacement order arrived more wrong than the original delivery. The cinnamon knots had no icing included. I opened the box of parmesan bread and it also had only cinnamon knots in it. No icing there either. You would think when sending out a replacement order because the original delivery was wrong, someone would doublecheck to make sure the correction was actually correct.
