On yesterday 9/27/24 I placed a delivery order from this location on poplar Ave in Germantown. This was a my first time using this location and I had a pretty large order. When I received my order everything was great until I opened my sandwich I was so disappointed. I called the location to talk to the manager on duty at that time. She was very nice and understanding about the problem with my order. I told her I wasnât able to bring it back today becauase it was storming. She expressed that she understood and that I could come any time and get it remade. The manager was so nice I really appreciate her for that.
So fast forward to today 9/28/24 I placed another order and something said call them to make sure that the order came over correctly this time. Well it did and the young lady manager made she everything was good to go with my current order. As we were talking I asked her what day would she be there so I can come up and get my sandwich. She placed me on hold and came back and told me I didnât have to come to the store that she would replace my food and send it with my current delivery order. Just to sum it up this is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I really appreciate the understanding and the extra effort to make it right.    Read moreI've been going to this location for a couple of years and I have never had a problem with service however this was my first time going back since the pandemic started when I went in it was a ghost town no one was in there except two workers and someone repairing the ice machine I knew exactly what I wanted so placed my order with a breeze after ordering I pulled up the app to earn points but because it had been a long time since I had been there I didn't remember what selection to make in order to scan the app for points at that time one person came in and instead of the cashier showing me what section to make on my app she asked me to let her ring up the next person I had already ordered all I had left to do was scan the app and pay. I couldn't believe it but I did not show my concern but instead without incident I just stepped aside. The other issue is that I always order the exact same thing no matter when I go to any location I ordered a mile high turkey monster sandwich and added a lot of extras but when I got my sandwich it was barely 1 inch high there was hardly any meat or anything else on it I guess they have new owners or management but I will not be going back to that...
   Read moreI ordered online and selected my Florence, AL location but for some reason it sent it to this location. I noticed within minutes and contacted this location. They put me on hold and then another person who I am assuming to be a manager got on the phone. I explained my situation so hopefully he could cancel the order and maybe just maybe refund my money. His response was well it has been made. I can throw it away though. After managing a restaurant for many years... pretty sure that isn't a good response. I understand if it had been made that it was my mistake or computer error... but you could have at least offered to refund the chip, cookie, and drink that I did not even receive.
