Sugar Ghost Ice Cream and Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Germantown

I really didn’t want to leave this review but visiting this location for Sugar Ghost in Germantown. We entered the establishment and walked to the counter to order teas and I noticed my pants were wet, like soaked. My sister and my brother shoes were wet from water on the floor that you could not see walking in. I asked the sales person if the floor was wet and she said they had just mopped the floor when they opened. I asked for the manager and she said the manger had not made it in. Other customers proceeded to to come in and she got the mop out to get the puddles up but did not put a sign out to notify the other customers the floor was wet and the other customer said his shoes were soaked as well. I had a conversation with the sales person and she apologized finally after telling me the floor was wet because they just opened. I told her it was a safety hazard but she did not take it seriously because she did not put a floor sign out to display (maybe there wasn’t one) but she could have place a hand written sign out to let people walking on the floor. I really don’t think she cared…I hope the manager cares enough to no have customers walking in the doors at risk of a full and that would not be good!!! From one business owner to another...

If you're craving something sweet, something refreshing, or just something to uplift your day, I cannot recommend sugar ghost enough. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is super unique and fun, the staff makes you feel so welcome, and of course the ice cream, shakes, and teas are creative and delicious. I stop for the lychee iced green tea and usually leave with a pint of ice cream or two.

I love the dragonfruit sorbet, my husband is slightly obsessed with the salted carmel ice cream, and my niece who usually only eats vanilla ice cream tried and loves the ube ice cream... oh and the seasonal flavor has never...

My kids and I loved it. I got the gooey cake and salted caramel ice cream flavors. My youngest got cookies and cream ice cream. My oldest got a brown sugar bubble milk tea. All were delicious. The server was excellent. She was very patient as my picky children took their time deciding what to get. She also suggested I get both ice cream flavors when I couldn't chose. Lol.
