Story time. A few weeks I ordered via the app and parked in Spot 2. A few minutes later a worker came out with 2 orders. One for the Spot 1 and one Spot 2. She went to Spot 1 first and tried to give the man my drink. He refused it and said that the drink wasn’t his and reminded her that he was Spot 1. She gave him his bag and then came over to me and gave me my bag and asked if I had ordered the drink. I took the drink and the bag and drove away. I left Olympic Village, stopped at the first stop light towards Uptown, reached into my bag and felt a plastic container for a Hot Pancake Breakfast. I suddenly realized that she had SWITCHED bags. Should I go back? Was the other customer who was given my bag still there? I had somewhere to be so I didn’t have the time to have my order corrected at Mickey D’s. Also, my two boys were in the back waiting patiently for their Sausage McMuffins. Settling for a pancake wasn’t an option. I looked in the rear view mirror and thought maybe it was the other customer. The car looked similar but the man was wearing sunglasses. I then attempted to give it a shot and try and “follow” the car that was behind me. I continued straight through the stoplight and then turned where he was going to turn by looking at his blinker. He pulled into the Starbucks parking lot and I looped around and found him. I parked and walked up to his car unsure if I was going to make a fool of myself or become the hero. Right as I reached out my hand to knock on his window I saw the McDonald’s bag in his seat. Phew! This was the right car and he hadn’t decided to chow down on our breakfast. I explained what I believed had happened and he checked both bags and found it to be true. He thanked me and I left. The boys got their McMuffins and the stranger got his pancake. Sorry McDonald’s. You weren’t the hero...
Read moreIf I could give them zero I would. Last time I ordered from Here they forgot to put a top bun on two of my burgers and just slapped em into the box cheese side down so it was nice and melted to the box. The day prior we got food and my cousin bit into a shard of plastic band cut his mouth. Today I ordered online at 8:57am and when arriving at the store left me waiting there for 40 minutes, called the store seven times and nobody answered once so I went through the drive through which had approximately 18 people in line with one lane only and by the time I made it up there they said they canceled my order and I couldn’t get any food because they didn’t have any food left. Honestly I have about nine other stories that are so repulsive and cringe worthy all from experiences at this restaurant but just take my word for it steer as clear away from here as possible. This is the last time I will ever ever ever attempt to go here it is a pathetic excuse for a business and if your planning on going to McDonald’s skip here and take the extra time to go to the one three exits down by target or pay bridge toll and go to Tacoma. Either way it’s worth it to avoid this dumpster fire of a business. I will mention there are one or two charmers that are lovely employees but for the most part there is no resolution to anything help is hard to obtain they almost all have attitudes and are very rude, shouting vulgarities and crude comments about customers that are rather hard to not hear. Do us all a favor and have this...
Read moreVery inconsistent service here some days its 5 stars and others it's one stars the only reason I keep coming back is because my wife and grand kids like this place. If not for them I'd be at the Carl's next door.
I've lost count of how many times this place has gotten my order wrong. However they have a very young lady in a very oversized black sweater in the first window that when she is there, she is very patient and has been able to fix our problems, every time she is there. I dont know her name but I think she said her cousin or sister worked as the manager at the Menchies froyo a few bocks away. When she is not at the first window, the manager a young man has been very accommodating to fix issues. However the second trip through the drive through is a pain. If not for these two employees it would be a 1 star for sure. I do not for the life of me know why my grandkids or wife keep wanting to come here but I hope the two employees I mentioned stick around because they more than make up for everyone else's mess ups, and are basically carrying the whole...
