Unbelievable May 2, 2025 Friday at 4:00PM. I came in with my friends for a casual Friday dinner. We were seated at the left side of the restaurant and we were greeted by this lady who were rude and disrespectful to my friends. She did not introduce herself with her name, just “welcome to chili’s”… First impression from her was like we just interrupted her day. She has black hair average height about 5”4’ and looks like she just finished 10 orders of Rancher Burgers with extra 8oz ranch on the side. We ordered our drinks and appetizers which was just “chips and salsas” it took them 20 minutes to run the appetizer “chips and salsa” which is 70% faults on “Food Runners” and our server would care less about the fact we haven’t received our appetizers. After we order our entrées, it took another 60 minutes. And when I was planning to ask her for utensils and napkins because she didn’t give us from the beginning, and she disrespectfully respond “what do you want.” Draining the whole time, she did not stop by our table to ask if we need anything perhaps “refilling” our drinks or anything else to make impact our experience.
She as a server of the restaurant who supposed to be the face of this Chili’s?
Please, make her take the module again and put her back...
Read moreChili's has really gone downhill. We walked in and waited and waited for someone to recognize us and guide us to a table. Finally, we began walking to a booth and a young man came towards us and asked if this table was ok. We wanted a booth. He said, "Well, do you think you will be comfortable in a booth with this group? How many are you?" We said, "Just 4 of us and we'd like a booth". He agreed but took us to the other side of the room to a booth next to two women speaking quite loudly. Turns out, one was conducting an interview. It was very obnoxiously loud and annoying. Why would he park us next to them when there were a dozen empty booths elsewhere? We got up and moved to the next booth. Our server was polite but didn't really have any enthusiasm about doing his job. One of us ordered iced tea and had to ask for sugar/sweet n low cause there was nothing on the table except ketchup. Dinner was served and we had to ask for salt/pepper. Why are these things not on the table. Shouldn't have to ask for s/p. It was not a terrible experience but certainly not the Chili's we remember from the past. It's no wonder there were hardly any patrons in the restaurant--they were all at the Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot. Smarter than...
Read moreI made a pick up order online at 8:25pm. I wasn't notified until after I paid, that it wouldn't be ready until 9:44pm. I was annoyed but willing to wait for my food. I got a text that my order was in process and I'd get a text when my order was ready. By 9:46pm, I never received a text so I called suspicious that my food had been ready and sitting there getting cold. I was right. I said I never received a text that my food was ready. I asked them to check if my food was still hot. I was told the containers were "still warm to the touch". I said I'll arrive in 5 mins and if it's not warm enough, can my food be remade. I was told they would need a manager's approval. When I arrived, condensation caused my food to sit in puddles of water. I was too tired to get "approval" for it to be remade, my family was hungry, and we'd already waited long enough. I got an apology, some excuses about their technology issues, but there was no attempt to make amends at all. While reheating the food at home, I found a hair in my daughter's food! Nearly $60 down the drain. It was a horrible experience! I used to give this place high reviews but I'm not sure I'll ever go back...
