Was not greeted by either of the employees as me and my daughter walked in and stood at the register. The cashier, Andrew L. finally acknowledged our existence and said hello after I stared him down in awkward silence. His demeanor and shortness with me gave me the impression that he was annoyed we were there. After he took my order, he quickly walked away and didnât return. I had to reach over the register and grab my own receipt let alone receive a thank you. Once the drinks were ready and sitting at the counter, he called out my name and then quickly walked away again to the back to start washing dishes. No âthank youâ was ever uttered by Andrew or the other girl working on 7/13/23 at 5:37pm. Andrew, if you hate your job so much and hate people, why not just get a different job? Iâm sorry your manager did not provide you with sufficient customer service training, but itâs also just a matter of being a courteous...
Read moreAs a recent former employee I have to say, this is one of the worst places to be at for your smoothie fix, the store has a roach problem and the manager is not only rude but also constantly degrades her employees when they don't know something they Weren't trained on yet. You'd have a much better time going to the Jamba off of Williams field and the 202. The shift leads 70% of the staff are drama craved, gossip feeding, hypocritical people you could work with. I didn't get fired, I was given an ultimatum of either quitting or get my hours cut from already miniscule amounts to even less. There's no arguing with Lynnette or the other leads (Amber & Nicole). it's play their game or leave, And after 2 and a half months working here (and seeing more people come and go then any other place I've worked at) believe me when I say you dont want to play their games. It's a wonder why they are...
Read moreRude staff. Was discriminated against due to following my doctors orders to not wear a mask. I told them I cannot wear a mask because it increases systemic inflammation. I am a disabled veteran and my body cannot handle more inflammation than I already deal with so I was told not to wear one. They told me "we are a private business and can refuse service to whoever we want." Considering I was already standing inside of the business and do not wear masks because I was told by a trained professional they cause me harm, I find it absurd that they would try to force me to do something that harms me as matter of "company policy" and refuse service to me for following my doctors orders. Seems illegal to me. Plus they are the only business ive had an issue with. Every other business I go to respects my...
