Food was great, restaurant was clean, glad they were open late, went here after a concert the other night. My only problem was I was kinda dehydrated from working all day then attending one of Arizonas concerts only to be told by the cashier that they don't give out water cups. I told him I do not drink soda which is why I didn't purchase one and he told me it's managments policy not to hand out water cups so I was forced to buy a soda cup so my wife and i could get some of what tasted to be tap water from the soda machine.... not cool. Hey, at least he was...

3rd person after opening, and I am now on 15 minutes of waiting. The 1st car is still at the window.... do yall not understand how a lunch break works? I know in n out usually takes a second, but its like they are throwing patties on an off grill and just hoping for the best. The absolute worst I've dealt with in quite some time

Edit. After finally getting my order, I noticed my burger's heat felt like it was sitting for a minute, and the bun was old and dryer than Ben Shapiro's wife. Talk about a 1 and done with a location, potentially company...
