I went to this location with my niece and dined in. My niece's order came out correct. Mine on the other hand had a lot of issues. The bread in my sandwich was turned opposite to one another (face to face instead of back to back). This made the sandwich difficult to hold. Also, my bag of chips had a sizeable hole in them. I had to take it back to a staff member and get a new one. Another issue with my order is that my frozen lemonade was not given to me when I initially picked up my order from the pickup window. I had to wait in line for a short time to get the issue resolved. I told the cashier mistakenly that I had a strawberry smoothie and this is what I was given instead of my frozen strawberry lemonade. I had handed my order slip over so I am not sure why this last mixup happened. I had just misspoke. I was given a cookie to make up for the mishaps.
Lastly, my niece and I felt unwelcomed. I was a bit loud with my complaints about my order and just trying to have a conversation with my niece. I think this was frowned upon because someone who appeared to be the manager came over and asked if she could take our dinnerware and told us to have a great day. We could have put our own dinnerware in the proper place. My niece and I still had a bit of food and drinks in front of us so there really was no reason to come to our table.
I do not think I will be coming back to...
Read moreWe stopped by Panera Bread in Mesa, AZ, and it turned into a fun memory—my son, Kovana tried avocado toast for the very first time here! The staff had everything fresh and ready, the place was clean, and the service was smooth. The toast itself was simple but packed with flavor—crisp bread, creamy avocado, and a touch of seasoning that made it enjoyable.
What I really appreciate about Panera is the consistency. No matter where we’ve been, the service and food quality always feel dependable, and this Mesa location was no exception. Watching my son experience something new while everything around us was clean and welcoming made it that much better.
This is a spot where you can enjoy a good meal, relax, and make small but memorable moments with family.

Read moreI’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years. I was looking forward to new restaurants coming in. Panera bread being one of them. This is my first time since they opened, and it will be my last. I Used the mobile app no one come out I went in, But when I did, I realize that cookies were coming out of the oven. I asked how much they were. I ordered six of them. She went back to speak with the Manager the manager instructed her to give me some of the samples literally, from the basket that people have been picking from and whatever was left in the case instead of The freshly made cookies. When I asked, she said that those are for tomorrow she cannot give them to me. I left the cookies on the counter. I can’t help but think that if I looked a little different things would’ve gone...
