Read moreI’m not sure if it’s just this location, but my first experience at Smoothie King was definitely not a good one. The guy who rang me up was extremely rude, not helpful, and did not use the reward coupon that I had mentioned wanting to use. He acted like every small, basic question I had (as it was my first time there after all) was an inconvenience to him. He got my order wrong and I had to correct him about 3 times in a row to make sure it was made correctly. I wouldn’t mind the higher price on the smoothies since they were decent, but the customer service is abysmal. Won’t ever be coming back here again.

Read moreI really like the food, and haven’t had bad experiences here in the past, but today I forgot to scan a discount that I had, and cashier said he couldn’t do anything about it. I understand not liking working in food (I work in food myself), but the lack of even a smile just isn’t cool. I politely asked if we could just cancel the transaction and do it again, and he said he couldn’t. Every system has a way to refund. This was either laziness or a lack of experience/understanding of the cash register. After I got home, I realized that one of the toppings was missing.
I came in because I wasn’t feeling good and wanted something easy to digest, and I’m sad because my discount is going to expire today and I didn’t even get to use it :’)
