Salad and Go — Restaurant in Gilbert

Only been to this location twice. 1st time was perfect, no issues. 2nd time, today, 8/27/23 everything was good except I ordered 2 cold brews with almond milk and caramel in each one. Definitely no caramel in either one, and I'm not sure there's any almond milk either. I'll still drink them but it's frustrating because you have to pay extra for the caramel and almond milk.

Edit 9/3: I ordered two cold brews and paid extra for almond milk and caramel in both. After paying they gave me 1 of them and said they ran out of cold brew. First thing that bothers me, if they knew they were running out of cold brew why didn't they adjust the total before charging me for it?? Second, how do you run out of cold brew at 10:30am? They gave me a blueberry basil seasonal drink instead. Even though it's only an extra 89 cents, it adds up when I'm consistently being overcharged but not receiving the product I'm paying for. I attached a photo of my receipt and the blueberry drink. I think I might just drive to the location further away from me because they at least were consistent. Maybe train the employees to refund money when the customers aren't getting what...

I really love going to salad and go. It's like kind of like, like you're just trying to eat a wonderful burrito, and let's just say you're just gonna get a wonderful thing drink with them together. If you do that part bam, it's gonna blow your mind right out of here forever and you're gonna say, is that, you know what I do? Love going salad and go. Because it will make you feel like saying this and every single time I think about it is that yeah, it's gonna give you that wonderful chance this instant. This review is for Scarlet and Bobby this morning on 4/16. Scarlet took my order at the drive-thru and rushed me through my order and I couldn't even finish, just getting a breakfast burrito and coffee? Not like I ordered the whole menu. Bobby was the cashier, younger kid clearly having a horrible day or he was just high. I ordered an Iced coffee and he gave me an Iced tea? I said hey this is tea, and he said "same thing." Yeah bud not the same thing, not to mention I'm paying for coffee not tea at 7am, he genuinely was doing everyhting to not fix this order. I don't need these people to be nice to me I just need my order to taken fully and the workers to know the difference between tea and coffee. These were the names left on my receipt so could be incorrect, otherwise...
