I went through the drive through at the 6300 N Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, MO 64118 location for an online order about 1 hour and 30 minutes ago. There was a male working the driver through window in a McDonald’s uniform. . To pick up 2 happy meals. There was spit with snot in the sprite we discovered once we got home to add ice to the sprite since the ice was mostly melted which is how we discovered the problem with the snot spit. I called the location twice before someone problematic and unempathetic answered claiming to be the manager there (Dominick). Denied what had happened to us. Demanded I tell him what the drive thru worker looked like. Offered one apology after denying this happened . And wanted to argue instead of address his employees . My son is 7 years old. This is a public health concern. To be denied access to any solution is beyond unsettling . The fact the manager denied what I shared . Demanded a description of the drive thru worker and even tried to refuse to give me his name as a manager. at first is beyond comprehension it’s unacceptable. I have photos of the snot . This manager customer service and ability to run a crew or have a crew line up or handle situations effectively is not only below par it’s entirely unacceptable.he was very argumentative about it. Asking for a description of the worker wasn’t out of concern it was to prove that I couldn’t pin point the name of the worker . Read moreCame to this location at 10:50 a.m. to get my son and i a #2 they made both of our sandwiches very sloppy cheese only on have the burger called in to let manger know what happened had to wait about another 6 mins then she comes back to bring the quarter ponders out with an attitude so i say we need fresh fries because our fries weren't fresh anymore from having to wait on our burgers she's upset because I want fresh fries with our fresh burgers only makes sense so after she goes and brings us fresh fries she says we're done and by now I'm on the phone with the corporate office because she's being absolutely rude when I showed her the burgers she agreed they were done sloppy so she should've been mad at the staff and not me for wanting our food done right my son has heart failure and by her actions and how she was talking to me and told me I can't come back not only upset me but upset him, this is not the 1st time this Manger has gotten an attitude with me, I came up there about 3 weeks ago an got an undone mc griddle and her excuse was they must've didn't set the timer right to bake it all the way through. Read moreHorrible customer service from management. He said his name was George. I came to grab a doordash order and didn't see it. Right when I walked in be asked if I was doordash, rudely. When I said yes he said that is the only order they had, referencing to the bag on the counter. And so I said that is not it and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked further away. I said excuse me, then we have to make it. And he just walks around to the fry station and ignores me. So I get the attention of the drive thru worker and another lady in the window and they where more than helpful and great customer service. So I started recording. He refused to make it even though that's what support has had me do on multiple occasions. So as I'm getting a hold of support per his request since they never called him and that's what he demanded. So I showed him where the auto response in the app tells me to place the order and then he wanted to be passive aggressive. We are all just working for your customer and I don't know why they continually treat your third party delivery drivers this way. Like not called for at all and a waste of time.
