Dunkin' — Restaurant in Glastonbury

Most consistent Dunkin that I’ve been to in Glastonbury in my opinion. Most consistent meaning that when I order the same thing everyday like an ice coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars the taste to the amount of cream and sugar and ice they put in it is pretty on point. Not perfect had a couple times where coffee didn’t taste the best but overall the staff are friendly and I’m always in and out of the drive thru. There is never a line there either I don’t know if it’s the location of it or there are a few within a couple miles of this spot but the biggest line I’ve ever had was maybe 4 cars and that’s at all different times I go from 7 am to 7 pm pretty...

Possibly the worst DD in Connecticut. I understand they are busy in the morning but why was there 7 people working behind the counter and ONE person was ringing out customers AND making the coffees. What were the other 6 doing. There were only 4 people in front of me and it took me 15 minutes to get 2 wake up wraps this morning. Unreal!! And the floor was filthy to boot. Do yourself a favor and go to another location to learn how to speed things along. Should not take this long to put together premade coffees and hand out donuts. Last...

Used to be a regular customer, but with the new managing it has turned into a science experimen.. The coffees are made horrible every time. With exception of this lady she makes it very good. But 95 percent of the time it's awful. The last time I went they charged me for a Lg coffee, I told them about it the lady said I could keep it and refund the rest, then the manager comes over and tells me I have to pay he was very confused afterwards demands the coffee back Wow! terrible service and Dunkin' Donuts very dissatisfied Lost multiple...
