Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Glen Allen

Don’t waste your money. Delivery say 30-40 minutes. After an on hour tried calling the store the phone does not work just keeps playing a ad over and over. Tried calling customer care you don’t have one sent me to a AI text bot. After hour and a half I go up to the dominoes. Not greeted eventually associate recognize my presence along with the guy that walked in behind me tell us give him a minute. Note he was 1 of 3 people associates in there. Finally told him about me wanting to pick up order he called delivery person and told me she going to the apt now to make delivery. I left headed home I live 3-5 minutes away. Get there no one is there the driver didn’t show up until about 40 minutes later! No greeting gave me pizza and receipt I paid for it and still tipped. Pizza and wings not even hot barely lukewarm and then it won’t even good they barely put toppings on the pizza you would have thought I order a cheese pizza pizza felt soggy (for lack of better words). Close to 2 and half hours wait for nothing. Highly disappointed

Talked to my sister after she said she don’t even deal with domino no more because she had 2 delivery were 1 was cancelled and didn’t get a notification about it she called to check on the order and told her then but had to go up there in order to get a refund. 2nd delivery said 30 minutes but took close to 2 hours. Same location

Yall gotta do better ppl are paying their hard earned money in this economy just to be met with poor communication, poor customer service, poor tasting food....

Sooo disgusted with this dominos ! I receive my delivery order after 40 minutes to discover lil to no sauce on my wings! I called to complain about my wings just for the worker to hang up on me in mid conversation! He was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I called back to just get a refund he then processed to hang up again in my ear for the second time. I ended up leaving my hotel and getting the police involved to get my refund. The police officer was very kind, polite and understanding, he was the mediator between the worker and I. The worker wouldn’t give the police officer his name. Which prove he was in the wrong. I ordered two 8- piece wings in total and got a refund back for one order but because this box had 5 wings (due to my son just being hungry and waiting over 40 mins) i wasn’t able to get it remade or a refund. I was also charger for extra sauce that was also taken out of my refund. I DO NOT recommend this dominos with this particular worker, they need to do a better job at customer service for all of us work hard for our money! I feel so disrespected and unappreciated for even considering giving this location my hard earn money. All of this could have been avoided with better customer service!...

Ordered pick up. I didn't look at time showed up to pick up 15 minutes later. Was told at store they were sorry it wasn't done would take 20 more minutes. Wasn't mad because I was too early. I left to get a few things done. Checked after I was done on the app, and the pizza had just been put into the oven. Now I'm mad, because the time now is over 35 mins. I go home. I grab my family to pick up pizza when the app stated it was done. I go in. Cashier helps the lady that came after me, and ignores me. I stop him as he wasn't even going to assist me at all. Tells me it's in the oven. Store gets crowded everyone is waiting but no new pizzas are coming out. They finally start helping people. I have to beg for assistance again because she too wasn't going to help me for some reason. I show my app, and say I'm confused it says it's done. She say " it lies." I tell her you guys told me 20 mins its been 60 mins. I had to cancel my order. If I'm not suppose to believe the app or the eta from a person at the restaurant how will I know when it's done? If it's going to take 40 or 60 plus you should be honest, people deserve...
