So I drove an hour and 40 minutes to do a warranty exchange on a cell phone a um a Geek Squad member told me they could do no problem I get there and their other Geek Squad guy tells me he told the other guy to tell me not to come in They're not able to repair them phones when in reality they are fully equipped to repair phones such as a Galaxy Z fold 3 All in all it was very upsetting to get there and find out that 1 geese squad member told me to go ahead and come so I called them and told them I was an hour and 45 minutes away and when I get there the other geek squabbler says he told that other guy to tell me not to come in don't know what the miscommunications are but that was not cool it was really unprofessional...
Read moreGeek squad has always helped me very professionally. Everytime I have computer issues, they are able to remote in and fix it. There have been a couple times that they told me to take it in because it is better service in person, so I did. They were always curtious and very helpful. If they needed my computer for more than a couple days, they reached out to me to explain why. We got the geek squad protection that says they will fix any electronic we have, even if it wasn't bought at Best Buy! We couldn't be more happier with Best...

I BOUGHT my TV at Best Buy. But when I needed a repair I was told no. If you buy their maintenance agreement which covers the warranty period from the manufacturer for the first year, thus wasting your money then continuing it after you wasted the first part they will look at it. By that time the amount I paid would cover half the price of a new TV
