Thai Touch you have some kind of magical ability that touched my heart with warm fuzzies!
Parking/Location: Located in a small plaza with limited parking, but you can park on Colorado St. It's located a little past Verdugo rd on Colorado St. heading west on the right. If you are heading east on Colorado Blvd, it will be on the left side before Verdugo Rd.
Ambiance/Decor: This place is small and crampy, but gives off a relaxing and intimate place to eat. There is approximately 8 or 9 small tables, but just ask them to put some tables together and then bam you get a bigger table to fit a big party. This place is more ideal for smaller groups.
Service: Service was decent for a small restaurant. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. My friend didn't check-in, but the waitress was glad to give us another cup of thai tea when I asked for another empty cup to share. Food came out fast!
Pricing: Pricing is decent here. I would recommend coming between 11am to 3pm where they have lunch specials every day at $5.99 from a decent amount of food items.
Food: I thought the food was good. They gave a generous portion for the lunch specials, which come with rice (you can also ask for brown rice). If you order noodle items, it doesn't come with rice. For $2 more, you can get shrimp and one more dollar gets you seafood. We ordered:
Tip: Do the John concoction: Get some pad see ew and mix it in with the Tom Kah. You won't be disappointed. Instant gratification! :)
Basil beef rice (Lunch Special): This was also a good dish. You can smell and taste the basil and the beef was tender.
Tom Kha Kai (large) from the regular menu: McCreaaaaamy! This was really goooooood! They were generous with the chicken, mushrooms, and other ingredients. Down side is that it was a little sweeter than I like...
So I’m a foodie travelling the world with work…….
I love good quality food and if by my reviews I can help people get good tasting food then I’m happy
I am always honest letting the vendor know that I’m reviewing their food when I order
This looked promising, take away only from a cut back menu I assume due to covid
I proceeded to order Thai fish cakes followed by Chicken Red Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice
After a few minutes to my surprise my goody bag was ready
The fish cakes were reasonably presented on grease proof paper with a lettuce leaf below for effect, accompanying dipping sauce of chilli peanut sauce in a pot
I love the depths of flavours that usually come with Thai fish cakes but unfortunately this was missing, the texture was poor
Resembling the sole of a worn out training shoe
I thought I could mask the texture with the chilli peanut sauce but this was tasteless no heat and the grease running from the fish cakes explained the grease proof paper !
The rice was okay cooked and fluffy but the Chicken Red Thai curry very bland
The Chicken tasteless and firm texture was obviously not cooked in the sauce
The coconut milk based sauce was watered down so much it lost the rich creamy flavours associated with the dish
There’s no heat to mention and overall a very disappointing experience
Sorry guys there’s lots of competition locally for Thai cuisine
I won’t be...

3 of my business colleagues found solid reviews on yelp plus it was only 7 minutes from Glendale Community College where we just worked 4 hours in the sun and were hungry to say the least.
To eat: the egg rolls, the recommended Thai Touch fried rice, and each an entree of yellow curry, 2 pad see ew, and kee maw noodle. To drink: 2 Thai iced tea, Thai green ice tea, and 1 Thai iced coffee. For two of us, it was our first adventure down these lovely iced Thai drinks.
Presentation of food and drink were better than expected. Our waiter Kae (Brazilian) gave us his favorites on the menu with his friendly, attentive service and who I assume to be the owner/chef was sweet enough to see us on our way out.
Overall - a fabulous experience for 4 colleagues to eat lunch, laugh, & chat for two hours before we all went our separate ways...
