My experience at your establishment on May 4th was incredibly disappointing and concerning. Upon placing my simple order at 11:27 pm with cashier Kiley D., I immediately noticed that she and the three other female employees present were flirtatiously interacting with two male customers who seemed to be around their age. Their unprofessional behavior was overt - I would highly recommend reviewing security footage from approximately 11:20 pm until close to get the full picture, hopefully including audio. The two young men had complaints about their drinks, but the staff was too preoccupied garnering their attention to properly address the issues (too nervous to assist the customers properly since their main focus was to flirt). One worker in a black shirt even loudly announced her intention to clean the lobby area intentionally, seemingly solely to capture the guys' focus/attention. As a customer there that evening with a friend, her children, my own child, and the other customers that were sitting, we all witness this unacceptable scene. The lack of focus culminated in my son being handed the wrong order, while no receipt was even provided nor requested, yet later when my own delayed order was ready, they demanded to see a receipt. I became rightfully upset and requested a refund, which took far longer than necessary without explanation. The cashier attempting to process the refund tried justifying the terrible service by stating someone was making orders while the other three chatted up front, but that is no excuse for such unprofessional and incompetent behavior from staff meant to be running a business, not flaunting themselves for cute customers. It wasn't even busy, yet they still messed up multiple orders and lacked the knowledge to rectify issues. While they may feel confident in their so-what called beauty to avoid the work responsibilities, this incident proves the need for additional training if you wish your business to succeed. The female workers seemed ready to give up their jobs to get some sort of action. The male customers had NO interest into flirting back. It was a sad moment. (I hope their parents read this review). I do not appreciate the dismissive attitude about the entire situation and hope you will take my detailed complaint into serious consideration when determining how to avoid such unacceptable conduct in the future. Lastly, I want to add, I asked for a manager or contact information and the email provided was incorrect therefore the result was to locate the store's website and leave a poor review. Thank you for your time regarding this very...
Read moreOn Sunday night, after an afternoon of shopping at the Tanger Outlets, my friend and I decided to check out Blendz Boba… which was a mistake.
I ordered two drinks— a taro milk tea, and a beachtini. When asked about the size, I told the cashier I wanted a medium, and she replied snarkily, “I said regular, or large.” I could barely hear her say the sizes the first time as the room was very loud, so I was shocked by her attitude, but also by the lack of common sense or ability to put two and two together. Clearly, critical thinking was not a requirement to work here, but after inquiring about the manager, I understood why this level of intelligence was acceptable.
I then requested that the beachtini have no ice, as I was planning on saving it for work the next day and didn’t want it to get watered down, only to have the cashier tell me they don’t do that. What do you mean you don’t offer a no ice option? I had to ask, because that was really strange, and apparently it’s because it messes with the ratio. Okay, so? Just tack on an extra charge for no ice. You’re already charging a whole $1 for some boba. This is ridiculous, but she offers a “light ice” option, and I begrudgingly take it.
Upon receiving my drinks, I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to know which village idiot was running this location. The employee informed me the manager wasn’t here, and took a photo of my receipt to pass my little message on whenever she comes in. Apparently, the manager is super strict about checking registers and making sure nothing is missing from inventory, but only comes in to the cafe to interview new hires. Do I need to apply to work here to express my dissatisfaction towards with my experience?
And alas, despite paying close to $7 per cup, even my drink was disappointing. The taro milk tea was way too sweet. I gave my friend a sip so she could try it and she made a face. I felt like I was drinking cream instead of milk! Although I would recommend against going here altogether, if you do, ask about adjusting your sweetness level as the cashier did not offer this option at the register.

Read moreupdated review Since the owner seems petty enough just like the rest of the staff who works here no wonder they barely reach the 3.8 overall rating. Yes we did use the parking voucher that when, on special events at Westgate they allow you to redeem at almost any business there. And i am glad this time i actually didn't spend any money here because i would of regret it. Next time opt yourself out on accepting the parking vouchers if you are gonna throw it at your customers face. Good thing I will not be coming back here definitely not worth it. Next time I'll give my parking voucher to a better business with better customer service. Do not spend your money here not only do they lack customer skills but the girls here they really dont like their jobs and it shows! 5 workers and the line all the way outside, took 35 minutes to get 2 churros and they got mad because the first time they tried to hand me the churro it was frozen and i gave it back. Second time the white girl full of tattoos slammed the 2 churros on the counter and some other lady grabbed one of them when they were mine and the girl didnt say anything and was expecting me to leave like that until my companion said something about the 2nd churro she rudely said there were 2 on the counter pretending she hadn't seen the lady take the other one. Maybe they shouldn't hire teenagers whose main concern is whethere or not the guy in line saw them instead of focusing on getting the orders correctly. Some other lady was missing a drink and it took them 35 minutes to give me 2 churros. So dissapointed with my 1st trip here and...
