Really good Tacos, service & Price! The reasons I enjoy JACKS every time! 1st- I always order on the "JACK" app. Ist I search a location and order there. 2nd-When ordering on the app I don't ever get drive thru ordering REMORSE. "That's when you order in 17 seconds because it's your turn & cars are behind you and you may be on the phone and rush an order wishing you didn't. Plus with multiple people in the car it is just about certain 1 order has remorse! 3- The APP allows me to take my time and order as I stroll thru a menu or I can repeat my usual order with 1-Touch. 4- Since I love Jacks 2-$1.69 Taco deal I usually get 4-10 orders which gives me 8-20 tacos! I'll gladly take home all the leftovers and put them in my fridge. 20 Tacos for 16.90 + tax. That's a non value meal for 1 person elsewhere. 5- I choose to pick up Drive Thru style but often you can park, no line, in a pick up space & they deliver to my car. Either way it's ready when I pick up. 6- Even if I don't order ahead I pull in and order on my app. Why.... It's just BETTER. 7-May be my favorite "APP" reason. The APP has special deals all the time. Example- My 20 taco order is enough for 4-5 people and they have been on sale at 2-.99 cents on the app which means. Read moreVery bad experience because the lady claiming to be the manager said she was short staffed so would not accept my order. She insisted that I needed to pay for the one item she let me order then drive around the building if I needed to place a second order, I fail to see the difference between ordering 5 items on one order or 5 items on two orders. She felt it was better to put me out and alienate my business then just do her job. If I owned this place She would be fired on the spot. I don’t know when customer service left town but here it certainly has. She spent more effort and time making me angry then it could have possibly taken to make me happy and want to come back. Considering there’s no less the 10 other places to get food in the area to push customers away is a losing proposition. I only wish I knew who the actual owner was and could contact him on this matter. They really should just close down now if they can not service there loyal customers any...
Read moreI experienced very poor service during my visit today at approximately 12:20 PM in the drive-through. The staff member assisting me appeared frustrated as I repeated my order to ensure accuracy. When I arrived at the payment window, she opened it and stated my total but was not prepared to collect payment, leaving me waiting about five minutes while she continued taking orders.
What concerned me most was the lack of sanitary practices. While preparing my drink, she used her bare hand to scoop ice into my cup and held the cup directly with her hands while multitasking with other orders. After waiting about six minutes in total, I was handed my food. When I asked for sauce, I was only provided two ranch cups despite ordering three burger meals.
