I love in-n-out so much, but I’m so sad because I came home with our drive-thru order and it was honestly just gross. I ordered a cheeseburger ketchup only. I know, special orders can be annoying, but I’ve never had a problem here. The guy who took my order stated it back to me correctly, but we get to the first window and he says it’s a cheeseburger add ketchup. We tell him no, it’s supposed to be only ketchup, he repeated it back to us “bun, cheese, and ketchup only?” We say yes and he says it into his headset. We go to the second window and they hand us our order and it was not fixed, so I apologize and tell her I told the guy at the previous window, but it’s supposed to be ketchup only on the one burger. She repeats it back to me “meat, cheese, bun, and ketchup only?” We say yes and thank you sorry again. Another girl hands us the order and there’s no noticeable change. We tell her so sorry, but no this is supposed to be ketchup only. She repeats it back, I say yes I’m so sorry again. She comes back and hands it to us and it looks fine so we go home. I open it up and there’s literally like 8 ketchup packets worth on there, the cheese is like old looking and smeared all over the patty, and there’s still onions on it. It’s like, very clear they just took as much off as they could and covered it in ketchup or something. I’ve eaten here like a hundred times with no issues, but this was just so passive aggressive. I tried to fix it early and I tried to be as nice as I could be when asking, but if you clarify the order to make sure it’s right there has to be a system in case it’s wrong... If it was actually fixed with a new one I’d be fine, but this was just so...

Read moreLast night we were driving around and suddenly got hungry. It was our first visit to the Glendale location of In-N-Out Burger. The line was moving quickly on the drive-through so we thought let's do this! Someone ahead of us was letting people in ahead, it's generally okay but 5 cars? When you're hungry you start counting.
Anyway, finally they took our order and I thought it was clear what I was ordering from the secret menu - the flying dutchman. When we drove to the pay window they repeated the order as 2 double double burgers.......
We thought it would be okay and asked if we can change the order to what we initially requested and they seemed agreeable. The only thing is we didn't check the order and on arrival at home it was still 2 double doubles and no flying dutchman in sight.
The burger was awesome and the fries are always so yummy but I did feel a bit disappointed. We're going to give this place another chance as we often are in the area. It was a very busy night so things happen.
Oh, almost forgot, my husband orders his burgers mustard friend and both were mustard fried. I've decided I like it and from now on I'm ordering mustard fried burgers. There's always a silver lining. Lol. We'll...
