If you haven't yet experienced the magic that is Nickos Sandwich, you’re in for a culinary treat that will linger in your mind long after your last bite. My friend Narbeh has truly outdone himself with this food truck, and his signature mortadella and cheese combo is an absolute must-try!
From the moment you approach Nickos Sandwich, the enticing aroma of freshly sliced mortadella wafts through the air, beckoning you closer. Narbeh's passion for quality ingredients shines through in every aspect of the meal. The mortadella is a masterpiece in itself—perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spices and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that speaks to its artisanal preparation.
Paired with a generous slice of creamy cheese that complements the rich flavors of the mortadella, this combination is nothing short of heavenly. The balance of savory meat and smooth cheese creates a symphony of taste that dances on your palate.
And let’s not forget the chips—an ideal sidekick to this sandwich. Crispy, light, and perfectly seasoned, they add a delightful crunch that enhances the overall experience. Whether you enjoy them on the side or loaded into the sandwich for an extra texture twist, they are a perfect accompaniment.
The charm of Nickos Sandwich goes beyond just the food. Narbeh’s warm, inviting personality makes every visit feel like a gathering with friends. He takes the time to ensure every customer is satisfied, and his enthusiasm for his craft is infectious.

Read moreOh man, I was driving by and I was trying to find a place to eat and I happened to pull in to this spot because there is a market to buy random snacks but since I was hungry I decided to buy a sandwich from the stand outside. It was called Nickos Italian Sandwich. At that point I was way too hungry to go exploring so I got the Nicki’s special. I got home and opened up the bag and I was actually surprised how much food there was. Usually for 15 dollars you don’t get much. Man I got a 20 inch sandwich approximately 🤣🤣. The amount of flavors and. Crunchiness of that bread was unbelievable. I don’t like rambling on on a review because people don’t read it but man it was just so damn good. It was just so much flavor and so much food. I shared it with my wife and we both got really full but not bloated. I’ve gone back twice already. It’s just hard finding quality like this anymore. Thank you so much Nick (the owner) for being out here and making these sandwiches. Be back soon 1000...
Read moreAbsolutely massive sandwiches, just bursting with flavor—I stopped by for the first time last night and am contemplating swinging back again today even though I have half an entire sandwich left in my fridge.
We got Nicko’s Favorite and the Cap, both of which were fantastic; a really lovely balance of complex flavors that just makes for a perfect sandwich. The coleslaw was also fantastic, bright and vinegar-ey with that little kick of BBQ sauce at the end.
Also worth noting how absolutely lovely the staff are—I showed up an hour before they close shop and they were so accommodating despite being (understandably, at that late hour!)sold out of some stuff. Wasn’t a problem for me, and pretty sure I could have eaten literally anything on that menu and left happy—can’t wait...
