Panera Bread — Restaurant in Glendale

When I first started ordering delivery from this location, I had 0 issues. My last three experiences, however, were not great. I usually order a dozen bagels so I can eat one right away and freeze the rest. First order: I didn’t get any of the chocolate chip bagels I ordered, and the bagels I did get were sliced very poorly. I tried calling three times and no one picked up. The third time someone picked up and immediately hung up. My fiancé called from his phone and got an immediate answer. They did make it up to us with way more free than we felt necessary (but still very much appreciated). Second order: I got the notification that my order was delivered, but there was no package on my porch, and I hadn’t seen anyone pull into our driveway. I called and discovered that my order had been handed to a woman in an office building. They re-sent out my order. Today, I ordered two cinnamon crunch bagels and the remainder of the dozen as chocolate chip. I received the cinnamon crunch, but also got two plain (website said plain were out of stock), a blueberry, and a cinnamon raisin. As someone who works in customer service, I’m very tolerant of mistakes, but I’ve finally given up on this Panera and will now go to the next closest location...

I haven't been to this location is quite awhile. I see it has many great reviews, but I guess I hit it on an "off day." My experiences was pretty awful. I requested Curbside Pickup...but waited so long in the parking lot that I ended up going in to get my order. That wasn't a huge deal...but the cream of chicken and wild rice soup was a big deal. That was my favorite soup for many years so I was happy to see it still on the menu. The soup was absolutely disgusting! Nothing but dark meat in the soup, not at all creamy - totally watered down and - worst of all - a visible layer of grease floating on the top of the soup. I tried to stir the soup in the hope it would mix in...it didn't! The soup was inedible! I am glad so many love this place...I have to say that I don't think I will be back anytime in the near future....

Worst delivery service I have experienced! I set my order around 12:30 pm the estimated time for my food to be prepared and delivered was about 45-50 mins, which was understandable being around lunch time, however, I refreshed the the delivery time and it tells me that my food would be delivered by 1:15 pm and the driver did not leave till 1:20 pm -- still have not received my food. I had finally received my food at 1:50 (one hour and twenty mins after).

On top of that the food was very disappointing, I had ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the chicken salad was the size of a golf ball in the middle of the sandwich with plenty of lettuce and tomatoes. I am not much of a stickler when it comes to food, but the sandwich was not proportional at all, it was like eating a salad between two loafs of bread...
