Jamba — Restaurant in Glendale

My experience at this location was not short of discrimination and rudeness. Very poor customer service!!! I ordered a peanut and banana bowl and after sitting down and eating, I wanted to see if they had some pineapples for another topping in which i was willingto pay for. She told me to hold on a few in which I had no problem doing so but when it got ridiculous is when I waited 10-15 min. Then what really made me mad was when another customer came in and she went to take his order still not address what I asked for. And I said excuse me I have been waiting for a while now for you to finish and then you take someone else order like I don't exist. She stood there with a grin on her face. She knew exactly what she was doing. I told her don't worry about and walked out. This was very tasteless customer service would. You should take care of the customers that was there first. Honestly, it takes a lot to find good workers with great customer service which this Java juice has.But it's unfortunate when you walk in and it's very hot.And the employees have to work in that condition all day now that it's heating up.
