Considering it used to be a del taco and I used to work at said del taco, I was totally stoked when my GPS took me to this location when I said, hey Google, find raising canes near me. Boom. This is the location it picked. Came after a very stressful day with my eldest son who had a specialist appointment that was pretty rough. His favorite place to eat, comfort food 🫶🏻 We get there, not even through the door, we are greeted by not 1, not 2 not 3 but 4 employees! Wow! That is incredible, Considering we did go at/around lunch time. The guys working the counter were so great. The cashier that took my order was so nice, younger black guy, was so sweet an patient even though my son was having a "fit" and couldn't stand still. Appreciate you so much man, thank you for not losing your cool and realizing his mental health issues. That goes such a long way. To the guy taking care of all the cleaning, thank you for stopping your duties to clean our tables for us and coming around several times to make sure we were ok. Then when I went to toss the trash, thank you for tossing it for me. I want to lastly thank the management team and the cooks for running an amazing ship that runs as smooth as silk. The food was so fresh and delicious, the bread, perfectly buttery and toasty. The chicken was perfectly fried, that first bite when you look down and see that white meat, you see the quality, you can smell it, you can taste it. It's just, #canesway #raisingcanes just does it better then anyone else and I will throw hands for that. This location SPECIFICALLY, is handsdown the BEST quality ALL THE WAY AROUND food, presentation, cleanliness, staff attitudes, management skills. Everything. Thank you...
Read moreRaising Cane's is a solid choice for satisfying your chicken finger cravings. Their focus on a limited menu ensures they do a few things really well, and the chicken fingers themselves are crispy, juicy, and flavorful. However, there are a few areas where they could improve to earn that perfect 5-star rating.
What I Liked:
The Chicken Fingers: The star of the show! Perfectly cooked, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, with a delicious peppery flavor. The crinkle-cut fries are a classic pairing and hit the spot, and the Texas toast is soft and buttery. The Service: Friendly and efficient staff who get your order right and out quickly. The Atmosphere: Clean and lively, with a fun and energetic vibe. What Could Be Improved:
Limited Menu: While I appreciate their focus on doing a few things well, it can feel a bit restrictive for those with dietary restrictions or looking for more variety. The Price: The portions are generous, but the price point might be a bit higher than some other fast-food options. The Sauces: The Cane's sauce is good, but offering a few more dipping options would be welcome. Overall, Raising Cane's is a great place to grab a quick and delicious chicken finger meal. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. However, the limited menu and slightly higher price point might hold it back for...
Read moreAs a doordasher, I received multiple orders to this location, in one trip, but went through the drive through to pick up the orders. Now with Raising Cane's you have to order and pay yourself (with the Doordash card), to my surprise doordashers have to go inside to order, which I didn't know. Last night, I waited in a long drive thru line, but the employees were very nice and welcoming, but not their supervisor. I asked to have the order put in separate bags, being it is 2 orders, and the manager FREAKED out on the employees in front of me because I'm a Doordasher using the drive thru. What is the big deal? Us Doordashers don't get paid enough to begin with, using the drive thru makes our lives a tad bit easier, and delivery times faster. Time = money in Doordash. I don't get it, but don't be mean to your employees in front of a customer, especially when it's super busy. This woman needs a lesson on treating her employees better in a busy environment or find another field of work, doing this will reduce employee morale, and end up having a high turn over rate. I wanted to confront her about it, but what's point? I'll let this review be an eye opener to doordashers and corporate Raising Cane's. Also, their fries are bad.:(....
