So I have bought breakfast for the past month in this location and have ordered a salad with extra dressing 2 previous times before today and they forgot to add the extra dressing and in one order I didn't even get dressing at all. Don't forget that every time I've ordered they ask for a donation and I have gladly said yes. Today I ordered the same thing and before I was handed my food I told the lady to double check that my dressing was in there because in previous orders they have forgotten them. Then She just went and got another employee that came with an Additude , saying she was gonna charge me for 3rd dressing cause they already gave me 2. I never ask for 3rd one I'm just letting you guys knows that in previous orders my dressing was missing and for the lady to double check the dressing was in the bag. Then she replied well their in the bag and closed the window literally in my face with out letting me finish. What kind of customer service is this. You ask for donations and when ppl gladly contribute and they tell your employees of some issues they have had in some previous days. This is how they get treated. Read moreI ordered from this store (91st Ave/Glendale) through the Salad and Go app. The delivery driver did not deliver to my house and I checked the surrounding houses and it wasn’t there. I reached out to the driver and wasn’t getting a response so I called the store directly and was told by the Supervisor, as she called herself, that once the food leaves the store there is nothing they can do about it. I didn’t order through DoorDash so I don’t have the ability to go on the app and get support for this order and they have no phone number to call that I could find. She told me there is no way for them to reach out to DoorDash although they have a contract with them. She said they could remake it but I would have to come pick it up. She was not pleasant or helpful at all. I let her know I didn’t want a refund or to have it remade for me to come pick up, what I wanted was for them to show respect for the customers who choose to spend their money at their establishment. This is right down the road from me but I will go elsewhere and hopefully find staff who actually take the time to listen and try and solve the issue instead of pushing it off as something that cannot...

I really like the breakfast. They stop breakfastdrw at 10:30. Well they must mean 10:20…. I’m in line at 10:23. I’m held up at the speaker box, ready to give my order, until every car in front of me exits the drive through. Then they ask to take my order at 10:28. I ordered a burrito. The girl stumbles on her Words (because she was lying) and says they are out of breakfast can I get something else. They were switching to salads while I sat at the speaker box.
