The brunette cashier girl with the pointy nose was lowkey rude. She kept laughing at the customers and just laughing when she was standing around. She kept being on her phone while touching the cups to put the boba in them. I didn’t catch a name because she wasn’t wearing a hat or name tag unlike the other sweet lady that handed me our boba. she’s seems young but should at least have common knowledge to be nice to every customer. other than that this is my second time here and i’ll keep coming back regardless of her snaky behavior. 10/10...

This place definitely has a long way to go; however, it's keeping up fairly well. When ordering, definitely stick to the more basic options as you will be disappointed with anything that might seem worthy enough of trying out because of flashy imagery and unusual ingredients. The atmosphere is generally nice and comfy even though the restaurant lacks a lot of character. It has somewhat limited seating options and they are not afraid to turn the temperature up/down. Workers are generally welcoming and helpful. Will go again, might...

The drinks are great and I enjoyed coming here often, but I am quite bothered by my latest interaction here with the current workers. One got my order wrong (somehow misheard me when there was barely anyone in shop at the moment??) and I ended up paying more than I should've for a classic milk tea boba, then they act super confused when I told them my order was wrong, even laughed a bit 💀 why. At least they made what I asked for last second, but I ain't going back there for awhile if workers cause minor...
