Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

FYI I've been to 45 states over 39 major cities in the US . I've been frequenting Starbucks since 1997 my first one was sunset Blvd LA Hollywood. The folks who work at this Starbucks are literally some of absolute nicest and pleasant folks ever . And the boudling is very cool as well and the large patio is great in the warm weather. So many eclectic meetings I've encountered here . I can literally this Starbucks store in general is one my top ten Starbucks of the US literally. I could go on and on about this Starbucks but for now just sayin it come highly recommended when in the Glendale cherry area . Thanks again I don't know when I will be back in this area but when I am this is my local Starbucks absolutely marvelous 💜....

We go there every week several times a week amd we always ask for a simple 3 ingredient drink: iced coffee with half and half with classic syrup... literally never get classic syrup and our drink is ALWAYS missing 1 out of 3 ingredients. They even ask us specifically and we are very polite and adamit about making it sweet. They acknowledge us every time and guess what? NEVER is our drink correct. Please make your employees pay attention amd not just go through the motions. If I could leave zero stars I would. I hate sounding like a damn karen but I will physically start going in there and addressing this instead of having to go home and fix the coffee myself. I will be making a point to get...

This Starbucks is okay if you're shopping in Target, but is not a destination in itself. The coffee is the same as any Starbucks. Service very much depends on who's working and how busy it is. The young lady today was good and working hard but had to do everything herself even though there was a line of 5-6 customers. Meanwhile, another employee was sitting and eating. Everybody deserves time for lunch, but it shouldn't be in the view of customers.
