I asked for a medium dragon fruit with extra infusion and lemonade. Girl at the desk didnt understand what that meant. I've been many other Starbucks and they all knew what I meant. But once I explained it to her I thought it was fine. But no it wasn't. Idk the guys name, but he had blueish hair. He made my drink first time. No dragon fruit at all, it had strawberries, I like strawberries but not what I ordered. So I told him it was wrong. He was like "Oh I missed that". My girlfriend was also waiting for her drink which had strawberries cause she got pink drink. She just wanted light ice, but they put xtra infusion in it and she didnt want the xtra and it was strong for her. So as he re did my drink he asked if I wanted strawberries or not. I said no. He was like ok. He called me up and it had strawberries in it. And no xtra infusion in it. My drink has a weird after taste to it. By then there already was a long line and ppl waiting. So I walked away upset. Very upset. Worst experience ever for me at a Starbucks. Also in middle making my drink 1st time he was talking to random ppl who came up. I'm disappointed in Starbucks... not coming...

When I brought this to the attention to the store 'manager' Kasia she apparently forgot all of her managerial training and actually accused me of lying in front of a store full of customers and my two children. She was rude, condescending and unable to admit she was wrong all the way till the end. Luckily I was able to get ahold of their regional manager Trixie who actually was trained to manage customer complaints and responded with as if she cared and was determined to get to the bottom of the issue. Read moreThe manager was the worst manager I ever encountered at Starbucks. This time around the holidays I think is all about giving and being nice with each other. I nicely asked for a favor if they can split a venti coffee in 2. It was around 5pm so my mom and I wanted just to share a coffee, we couldn’t drink a full size one. When I asked the favor at other Starbucks they were super nice to honor the request. This time I received a very mean look and cold answer NO WE CAN’T. I am a manager myself and tells me no lack of customer service skills and negative attitude. Very sad to see Starbucks hires people with this type of negative attitude especially around the holidays.
