I called this Staples store to find out if they recycle old monitors. Then, a helpful Rep answered the phone and confirmed that they accept old monitors. So, I've been told to bring our old monitors to their store for recycle. Upon my arrival, the cashier asked another Rep "A" who was standing by their printing area about their old monitor's policy. Rep "A" wasn't friendly, professional, or polite in handling this situation. It was obvious that he was trying the best he could to cause frustration on both me and their cashier. I was ready to leave the store as soon as possible because his attitude was unbearable. The unprofessional rep kept ignoring both me and the cashier, and was also delaying responses for no clear reasons. He finally gave us a cold answer saying that they won't accept monitors with a glass screen (it looks like old monitors supposed to be made with a plastic screen). After his disrespectful response, I thanked the cashier for his effort to help and walked out with no desire to come back to that store again. I'm a Staples business customer and will continue to do business with Staples but apart from that Colorado Blvd. store. I hope that people working there will be properly trained and required to maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude when speaking...
Read moreI recently ordered a poster from Staples and was told it would be ready by Friday. However, on Friday, I got a call saying their printer was broken but that it would be fixed by Monday. When Monday arrived, I called for an update but got no answer, so I decided to go to the store in person. When I got there, the staff member informed me that the poster still wasn’t ready and that she didn’t know what was going on, except that the printer was still broken. She suggested I go to another Staples location, specifically the one in Centennial, since their printer was working.
My main issue is the lack of proactive communication and customer care. If they knew the printer was still down, a courtesy call or update suggesting an alternate solution, like transferring the order to another location, would have saved me time and hassle. I was left scrambling to find another option, with no clear guidance or assistance from the staff. This was disappointing, especially since I gave extra time for the order in case there were any delays. Staples should prioritize better customer service and communication, especially when customers rely on their services for timely projects. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience, and I likely won’t be returning for...
Read moreI would like to give my highest recommendations for one of your managers at Staples 870 South Colorado Boulevard store. Her name is Liz Lopez. The quality and Excellence of her service was absolutely out standing. She is an exceptional person. Very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, extremely mature, and able to solve problems very willingly, thoroughly and extremely helpful. Without employees such as Liz Lopez I am certain that I would never use Staples stores at all. The owners of Staples would be wise to keep this in mind. It was not the quality of your store or what you have to offer but rather the quality of Miss Lopez that would keep me coming back to your store. She truly made me feel as though I was really a "valued customer" and the way she took care of me and solved all problems that I was having trying to get my order placed was nothing short of amazing. I am certain that whatever you are paying her isn't nearly enough but you would be wise to take note of her and double her pay and give her another promotion. It is employees such as Liz Lopez that will truly keep your business successful. My heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to you Liz Lopez for being as helpful and its kind as you were to me. Thank you...
