I recently visited a Jersey Mike’s location and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were no other customers inside — only myself. I ordered a #26 meal, and the staff informed me it would be ready shortly.
After I placed my order, two more groups entered: one was two women with a child, and the other was a food delivery driver. The delivery driver received their order quickly and left. The two women also placed their orders separately and were served promptly. Meanwhile, I continued waiting for my food. When I stood up from my seat, a staff member told me it would still take a little longer.
When I finally received my food, I noticed that although my receipt clearly stated “Take Out,” my order was handed to me without a bag.
This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable. It made me wonder — was it because of my limited English skills, or possibly because of my skin color?
I have had positive experiences at other Jersey Mike’s locations before, but unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work to ensure all customers are treated equally and respectfully. I truly hope this location can improve their service, so that no other customer has to experience the same disappointment...

With that said, I was in there about an hour ago and when first walking in there was nobody else in line and there were two employees behind the counter, a male employee and what seemed to be a new male employee. Ordered 5 sandwiches and midway through the employees slicing the bread about four other customers came in. The staff quickly became overwhelmed and the trainee who was making my order seemed a bit lost and left out things from my order. When I got home the club sub I ordered didn’t have bacon or mayo in it. Only 1 of the 5 sandwiches ordered was correctly made. This is in no way on the staff working, again, they were very polite and did the best they could, but maybe management should think about having two employees working with a trainee so if a rush does happen the trainee isn’t...

Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes for the cheese steak. I had no idea they were calling our number plus you couldn’t hear over the music.
When we asked about it we were screamed at saying they had been calling # 17. Liked I memorized the sandwich numbers!! The guy just wanted to argue and was rude to more than 1 patron. Couldn’t get his name Darn.
