Starbucks — Restaurant in Glenwood Springs

I had gotten sick and my stomach was very upset so I asked for a Venti ice water with a couple pumps of Peppermint syrup and the barista looked at me kinda funny but when I explained my stomach was upset she did it right away and I had my wallet out expecting to be charged for the syrup and they said no charge and even said "I hope you feel better soon!" you don't really get service like that...

If this Starbucks get busy AT ALL it’s like the employees forget or don’t want t do their job right. They start making drinks incorrectly or carelessly. I would rather my drink take two extra minutes and actually get what I ordered. I’m also more likely to tip if you do it right the first time. Most people are understanding when you’re busy, but still expect to get what they ordered...

I have been to this location several times. There is always a HUGE wait in line and the last 4 times I have gone they have been out of several drink options. I have left empty handed 4 times in a row!!! Whoever runs this location is NOT capable of management. I would recommend going to the Starbucks down the road in city market. They are fast and always have...
