I think that this is the finest taqueria in the Roaring Fork Valley. Plenty of authentic meats and dishes at a bargain price (by today's standards) cooked fresh. There is regularly a long wait, so consider calling in an order if you can. It helps to be able to speak at least a little Spanish.
The carne asada, refried beans, lengua, and al pastor are some of my favorites. The shrimp plates are large and intricately flavored. Most entrees come with onions and grilled jalapenos.
The red salsa is superb, but spicy. Be sure to try it if you like some flavorful pain. You can also get avocado in most things if you'd like for a nominal additional fee.
