My family and I stopped into Glenwood Springs on our way back into Denver and were completely blown away by this hole in the wall neighborhood spot -- not only were the drinks and burritos super tasty (and we are foodie/coffee snobs so we aren't joking), the staff were great. I was so blissed out by the whole experience of breakfast that I left without checking for all my belongings. 3 hours later on our drive back, I discovered I had left my purse, with my wallet and phone! We called and texted the owners (we had taken their card because we loved it so much) and they were in touch right away, helping us trouble-shoot and were so generous in shipping it back to me! I got it back the following day and I have to say this little coffee shop might just have restored my faith in humanity! Big thanks to Matt and Emily for the chance to visit your little piece of heaven and for all your help! We'll be sending all our friends visiting...
Read moreBefore going for the hanging lake trail I was looking for a quick coffee shop near me. I searched for a place and decided to have coffee from Deja Brew & Sunshine Too. They have wide variety of menu options to choose from like coffee, tea, boba options, different products from a local bakery. One can order at the window and then pick up from the side of the shop. At this time there is no indoor seating but there are still some outdoor options. After browsing through the menu I had questions regarding coffee and employees were really helpful in answering my questions. I ordered Hot Chocolate Latte with Almond Milk and Banana Bread. The service was good and i got my order in less than 5 minutes. The coffee was delicious as well as hot and it was freshly brewed. The delicious coffee made my day. The banana bread was also good and delicious. Amazing coffee shop and must try in...
Read moreDeja Brew used to be my favorite coffee shop in Glenwood, I went there for years. The previous owners, Matt and Katie, were the coolest, most friendly people. They were always very warm and welcoming and built a loyal customer base as a result. Deja Brew was once a beloved staple of the community but those days have long passed. The new(ish) owners, really seem like the opposite. Not warm, not friendly. Adding "& Sunshine Too" to the name is pretty ironic. They seem like they really don't want to be there and almost resent the customers for showing up... No problem, I'll spend my money elsewhere. It really is a shame though, as this place used to be a real gem. The only positive thing about it at this point is that it's a convenient stop for some quick, okay coffee. Nothing special though. Not great quality, not...
