The personnel is RUDE. Whatever you do...do NOT ask to use the restroom! I was FLAT OUT lied to by one of the women working downstairs. I politely asked to use the facilities, she looked me up and down and said " We do not have restrooms". She then proceeded to say the nearest one was "down the block". After expressing my urgency, she suggested the library across the street. Turns out the restaurant next door (and adjacent) shares a hallway to the restROOMS for both. I mentioned this to the rude woman...she didn't budge. I mentioned this to the cashier as I was about to make my purchase (which I placed on hold while touring downstairs). His response was even worse. He said "There's no need to be so aggressive". I was never aggressive. She lied to him saying she never told me they don't have a restroom. He went on about MY behavior so I said "Oh yeah? Keep it.". What they don't realize is I was about to purchase the beautiful red purse as well ($570.00). I've never been treated so...
Read moreHad a extremely uncomfortable greeting with the ladies that work there. I walked in with my best friend who wanted to buy a hat for his vacation. We were wearing masks and was rudely greeted with a employee who sarcastically said “welcome in, so sorry she isn’t wearing a mask” pointing to the cashier with red orange hair. It seemed like she was saying we were judge-mental of us wearing ours, even though I didn’t even see the employee until it was pointed out. As we were trying on hats I heard another customer make a comment on the no mask wearing and they were extremely rude to him, he was even going to buy items but left. We found the hat we wanted, took a picture of the details and decided it wasn’t worth it to buy from such a rude and uncaring store, but thanks for letting us try on the hat so we can order directly from the hat distributor! Extremely rude and uncaring. We can all do our part and keep each-other safe, and above...
Read moreThis place is filled with some okay Western apparel. That being said, most of it is top price, and they ever sell jewelry. The problem here for me is that they people working here are pretentious. We went to shop for a hat which we could 100% afford, but because we are covered head to toe in tattoos, they treated us as if we couldn't afford everything the offer. We'll the $400 hat, which seemed to be a typically going price, was easily a hat we would've dropped money on. The guy that helped us did show us how a hat should fit, but I thought it was dumb that we wouldn't like to wear it that way. On top of that, when walking down the aisle, a tight squeeze happened, and when I was already in the middle, the person who helped us then squeezed in and waited till we moved to the side so he could pass us. He was rude, and the place was just a shit experience all around. I'd avoid this place and shop elsewhere.
100% don't...
