Bonfire's Burritos — Restaurant in Goldsboro

I have enjoyed this place since being introduced to it in 2021. I have also introduced other people to this establishment but today, 3/10/2023, I was very shocked. I took an application there and went back out to my car and sat for a while. I saw the manager that I gave the application, come outside and look around and went to his car and through the application in his car. I felt funny so I drove off and came back and told the manager that I wanted to include some info so I could get the application back. It's obvious that he had no intentions of looking at the application because all applications are kept in the stores due to personal info being on those applications. I hate to say but racism and prejudice is still real. We are only tolerated because we help with making the establishments money. Again, I enjoyed going there, the food waa great, and the employees were friendly. But the tall Caucasian, gray haired manager pretended to be friendly but showed his true self. 15 years ago, this place was worth coming to Goldsboro for. Goldsboro is a garbage ass town, mind you, and this place was so good I'd drive an hour just to get lunch here. Incredible seasoning, top tier sauces, friendly service, etc. Just went again today, for the first time in years. I don't know what they did, but it is b a d now. I think they're just trying to emulate Chipotle too much. The queso is grainy, the "chipotle pepper beef" is just shredded roast beef with some soggy diced bell peppers. The sauces are all diluted with too much vinegar. The kid who made mine did a piss-poor job wrapping it, and didn't drain any of the wet ingredients before slopping them in, so the whole thing was just a bland water balloon. Used to love this place but will never be back again. Asked them to make two separate orders and they said “ok what is on the first” I told him and then he set it Aside and I reminded him of the second order and he said ok. But when I told him the second order he told me that I can’t cut in line and needed to get in the back of the line again. It was so embarrassing cause he yelled it in front of a bunch of people. I ended up getting back in line and when I got to the car I was so upset and near tears from embarrassment and my husband went in to say something and the worker threatened to take my husband outside to FIGHT HIM. The female worker then argued with my husband without knowing the situation. How can a worker threaten people and be defended? I work in customer service too and pride myself on treating people with respect but this just completely...
