The quality of the pizza was extremely low, I don’t know if it was made this was due to it being on sale for $5.99 or if Dominos has just lowered their standards in general. The toppings were extremely sparse, on a half cheese and mushroom pizza there was less then 10 mushrooms on that half, cheese was lacking in quality and amount, the other half was pepperoni and sausage although by the way it looked it appeared as if there was a slight amount of cheese sprinkled and someone threw a child sized hand amount of pepperoni and sausage onto the pizza with their eyes closed. So low quality, extremely small amount of toppings, the amount of cheese on the pizza would have made me think that since the government is shut down cheese has been rationed or something. If I would have ordered a cheese pizza then added double cheese X2 then possibly I might get the normal amount of cheese on a regular pizza from Dominos. I would say the worst thing is that by the time I picked up the pizza and drove it the short 7 minutes to my house with a hungry stomach only be disappointed by flavor, quality, and quantity of toppings I saw upon opening the box, when I went to take the first bite I immediately noticed that the pizza was not hot at all, now in an effort to leave a fair review I wouldn’t lie and say it was cold but it certainly wasn’t “fresh out of the oven” hot or even warm. The temperature would have been the equivalent of packing a sandwich for lunch and leaving it in a paper sack while on a field trip without an ice pack for a couple hours on a hot summer day. Perhaps the most frustrating experience of it all was when I was told that it was a $1.50 for some Parmesan cheese, something that even the most stingiest and expensive pizza shops freely handout quicker then Obamaphones to welfare recipients. If you can’t even put a reasonable amount of cheese on my pizza can you at least hook it up with some packs of Parmesan so I don’t have to stop by my neighborhood QT to grab some they give out freely even though they don’t need it because even their “convience store” pizza tastes better then whatever it was that was placed into a box with a Dominos logo and sold to me. Added onto that y’all charge for individual cups of garlic butter, even on the first one and lord knows your pizza needs it so you could at least be like your Papa John and give one out with the pizza, I mean theirs doesn’t even need it but they still hook it up. Please please please work on this because in the past Dominos was always my favorite of the big chain pizza competitors, I haven’t ordered big chain pizza in a long time but when the craving hit I ordered from what I thought was Old Faithful, only to be let down feeling like it was April fools day and someone put a Totinos pizza in a Dominos box but if my memory from 20 years ago serves me right that was probably actually better then what I got. Sorry Dominos please...
Read moreThere is zero Customer Service starting from the store staff going up the chain to corporate. Everything is bots and self service for customer service. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves for buying into a corporation that puts customers last and sales first. The assistant store manager said he has no idea who owns the location and how to pass my information to the owner or store manager. He also said he could not give that information out. I suggested that he take my information down and pass it to someone who may actually care about Customer Service. He seems like he didn’t want that information and said he had to go because the store was busy. In fact he didn’t even offer a solution because he said everything is controlled by corporate and he has no idea how corporate works. IT’s JUST PIZZA!!!! It should not be this difficult! I’m Officially done being a Domino’s customer. I noticed a pattern that I’m only giving bad reviews to corporations that no longer offer customer support and leave the staff completely ignorant and helpless with no tools to offer any type of customer support. Any of my businesses that I owned, I made sure that each staff member had a chance to meet me. I always thanked them for working hard for me, and I encouraged staff to always feel free to reach out to me, especially with any customer complaints. Maybe we need more support for local small businesses in our community and start banning these franchise and corporations from taking over our communities because this is what we set...
Read moreOrdered pizza through the Domino's app. The pizza was unedible! The dough was flat & uncooked as if the it wasn't made right (didn't rise or it was outdated). The topings just fell off when you tried to pick up a slice. Tried to call the store but no one answered the phone. I was on hold for 20 min. before I decided to just drive down to the store with the pizza in tow. Spoke to the manager who said that their phone hasn't been ringing on their end & was a known issue for weeks that still has yet to be fixed. As she was issuing me my refund I watched as another employee boxed more flat, half cooked pizzas. I pointed it out to the manager saying, "Do those really look cooked to you? They're not even rising. Looks like the dough's bad." She just looks at me with a blank stare not knowing what to say so I just get my refund receipt & leave. Its been 9 days now & my money still hasn't been put back into my account. I've issued a complaint to corporate about it. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. STAY AWAY FROM...
