Stopped by after work to pick up dinner for my family of 6. Drivetru set up is set up horrible. Girl taking order sounded like she was 3000 miles away. Speaker is on the ground 4 feet away from menu sign. You have to scream at the end of your lungs for the girl to hear you. Even then she asked to report the order 4 times. Pulled up to window and the staff looked and acted like she was 13. Had order still wrong. After paying she tried to hand me 6 large drinks. I asked if they had drink holders. She they didn't have them anymore. I said that's going to be an issue since I'm alone in the truck and can't gold that many drinks. Brand new truck 2025 didn't really want 6 sodas spilling in it. Her response while she rolled her eyes with attitude. "Don't have have backseat cup holders" I said I can't get to them since I'm 8 inches from the order window (can't get out) and even then still not enough cup holders. Told her to keep 3 of the drinks. No offer to refund or discount the order... then she hands me my food and says I'm good to go. I drive 2 blocks away and realize she still had my debit card. Went back to get it and not one staff said sorry.
Staff look young and feel they don't have the skills to work the window. Not clear or good cummincators and seem lost when its busy. Coleslaw was warm.. fries still kind of white and undercooked. My recommendation to the public is drive 100 yards north from raising canes and there is another famous fast food chicken place that is more dialed in for customer service and...
Read moreToday I went to raising canes for 8 chicken tenders with sauce. The cashier was confused that I asked for only chicken tenders, as if that is an odd request. She then asked for my name for the order, to which I replied with “Paul” and even spelled my last name out to her. When she told me the total was $19 and change, I was shocked, being as though I only got 8 chicken tenders with sauce. After waiting , I heard her call the same name multiple times I finally turned my head to see who she was addressing. Come to find out it was me, but she kept calling out the name “Cole” . Then I get my food and it is not the correct amount of tenders and I have no sauce. So I walk up to get this fixed and the lady who took my order and the manager on duty told me I had to wait back in line to fix my meal. Mind you the line was to the door at this point. So I disappointingly left. The customer service was not acceptable , I know this because I have worked in the fast food industry before. Overall , I hoped to have a good experience at raising cane since it was also my husband and I’s first time eating here. Moral of the story I was extremely...
Read moreFor anybody thinking about going here… I genuinely have never received worse service until this Cane’s just off Dysart and have never felt the need to speak to a manager until this experience that’d happened this past Tuesday night (6/4). I myself do not even expect much when it comes to customer service. I just expect basic kindness and I was met with the complete opposite when ordering here the other night. Upon being greeted with attitude, I had asked a question about something on the menu and was talked down to like I was stupid by a hispanic girl with tied back curly hair and a full face of makeup, she gave me the worst attitude whilst rolling her eyes and giggling to her male coworker. I was unsure about getting food to begin with but decided to treat myself to something and ended up just leaving the line and going home feeling terrible because of how uncomfortable she had made me feel. Working on any industry involving customer service you should never treat somebody that way. I used to come to this location regularly but will absolutely not be back after this disgusting and...
