Starbucks in Target — Restaurant in Goodyear

They suck at service and they don’t know how to make the drinks. They charged me and my cousin 12 dollars for our drink and it was nasty. We go a pink drink with vanilla cold foam and light ice. They did not know how to make the drink and kept asking what was in it. They forgot to put our add in that we requested and didn’t put light ice the drink wasn’t even pink it was orange. Then our grandma had ordered the pumpkin chai and couldn’t Evan make that so that gave us a random drink over all my experience at the Starbucks in the target was horrible the costumer service was not good they were rude and didn’t know how to deal with costumers and heard them complain several times about their job. They have the worst customer service ever went in to get two iced coffees that didn’t have enough ice. The flavor taste like pure water. When one of the girls was making the pumpkin foam, she didn’t blend it enough, so it was very liquidy and when I asked her if she could make it thicker, the blonde girl rudely grabbed heavy cream, slammed it on the counter and poured more than a cup in the blender. The second time I went, the blonde girl was just standing there laughing with her friends wasting time while I was standing in line as soon as it hit seven, she told me they were closed. I understand that Starbucks run out of items like the ingredients for the drinks but the least you can do and make a drink cold enough and not have the drink warm for a pink drink that’s supposed to be cold. They put light ice and I only saw like four ice cube in that drink i can’t finish more then half of it and I just draw it away at that point. 13.73 dollars wasted on warm drinks that’s are supposed to be cold.
