Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Granbury

I go to Jimmy Johns all the time for their "unwich." (Lettuce wrap sandwich) A good alternative for me since I'm doing the no-carb/gluten-free diet. It is always so delicious! Fresh, crunchy lettuce and any type of sandwich I want in this style! (See photo) There are so few places that offer a healthy alternative "on the go.," so I pop in & out of Jimmy John's in 2 minutes flat! Their staff is always friendly and the shop is immaculate. I do get delivery, occasionally, and they're fast! Door Dash (and the like) is out of the question for their fees. And since no driver will rush your food to you if you minimally tip, your food will likely be getting soggy bread, since 3rd party delivery tends to be slow. I just order straight from Jimmy Johns. First time I ever ordered from a Jimmy John's- NOT impressed. Online order was ready, but the young girl standing by the front counter just looked at me like a deer in headlights when I walked in and never responded when I said i was there for online order. Sandwich I ordered was the Tuna Club and I had to pull the bread open and look under the veggies to funding miniscule amount if tuna. I "expected/anticipated" that the sandwich would look like the sandwich on the menu, loaded with tuna- boy was I disappointed lol. I'll never order again and in this economy, with good old Subway making a good portion tuna, you guys need to up your game and not have false representation of your food. I just want to take a moment to shout out Courtney for her customer service and attitude! Every time I come in there, I’m hoping Courtney is working because she is such a great employee and person. Today, I got to witness her being a solution seeker, uplifting teammate, and someone that was committed to providing the best quality customer service, regardless of circumstances going on at the time.
