McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Forks

Well here I am again writing a review about this McDonald's. I can't tell you how this pains me but here I go. This has to be in my opinion one of the worst run McDonald's on the face of the Earth. From service to food quality they score a big fat zero. In fact I'm calling the corporate office on Monday letting them know just how bad they are. Today I thought that I would give them one last try because I was on my way out of town. So I pulled into the drive thru, yeah right it should be called shut your engine off and stay awhile. Anyway I pulled up and placed my order, two double hamburgers plain. The person on the speaker said two mcdoubles plain I said no two plain double hamburgers. Because McDonald's counts cheese as being a plain mcdouble. On double hamburgers they don't you get your burgers plain the way they should be. So after a mind numbing twenty-five minutes to get thru this" Drive thru" I set off down the highway to find with my first bite ketchup, onions, pickles, you get the picture. So I called and talked to whom I believe was a manager. I told her my situation and she started reading me the riot act about mcdoubles. The conversation ended with me telling her I will return to pick up what I ordered and I want it the way it was supposed to come. Well I return back there tonight at 1130 and went through the not so fast drive thru. I proceeded to order I told the attendant that my order was wrong earlier in the night and I'm here to get my correct order. I repeated five times a double hamburger with only the bun and hamburgers. She ok and pull through to window number two. About ten minutes later I got up to the window. And low and behold it the balding redheaded guy that took my money the first time. He opened up the window and I said remember me? All this time my Burger's were in a bag sitting behind him about two feet I knew they were mine I saw the girl place them there. He then proceeded to lecture me about mcdoubles and how they automatically come with cheese. I said to him there are at least ten cars behind me waiting for there food I don't need to hear anything from you right now. Also I ordered double hamburgers not mcdoubles plain, also the mcdoubles had everything on them by mcdoubles standards that's wrong to so anyway all I want to tell you is this and if you read my reviews I hardly ever beat anyone up like this. But stay away, it's terrible service, terrible food out of all the McDonald's I've eaten at this is by far the worst and I've lived all over the USA. And just so you know I tossed the Burger's tonight I did not trust the quality after being met with hostility and such a negative attitude. I think all the employees need to go back to training at the hamburglers school at...

This has been a long time coming. I honestly was considering being a Karen and going straight to corporate which I still may very well do. I would give this location specifically a 0 star rating if I could. So, the late shift is where my issues lie, and this isn't just a one time mistake. I have a person who works there and has admitted to things happening. The staff will literally mess with your food, leaving out items, leaving out or switching around ingredients just to spite or mess with customers. The manager here has appointed her 18 year old daughter as assistant manager who was actually one of the people who was making our food the night we had went. It has been said that she goes to her mom's office all the time and cries about the stresses of the job. I thought that there was supposed to be no relation such as that in the work place. However, she has the assistant manager rule. It has also been said that she told one of her employees that if a customer is rude, that they can be spiteful and rude back. The night we had gone, we pulled over to make sure our food was all there because almost every time we go, there's always something missing. After waiting about 15 min to get our food, and us being the only car in the drive thru, the staff, whom are all mostly teens, were clearly messing around, because we could see in the window them not doing their job since it took so long to receive the food. This isn't necessarily a big issue, however, as we pulled over to check our food, the big Mac was missing. We decided to go in and grab that, which the teen who had to assisted us, gave us attitude as if we were the inconvenience. We got home, and as I opened my cheeseburger, the only item I ordered, they had completely left the patty off. They intentionally overuse sauce on their burgers so that it is literally oozing out the sides. This seems to be poor management at this location and someone should look into this. In the summer months, I'm pretty sure they had a 12 year old boy working there because his voice didn't even hit puberty yet. Could this be another child of a staff member? ? Whole place should be investigated and I would not be surprised if they spit in the food...

I had the worst experience I ever had McDonald’s tonight… I never complain but just wow!!! I am so dumbfounded with how I was treated from the moment I had my order taken … I was rushed through my order the whole time I was ordering… then go to pay .. which was fine there .. then I get to the second window to get my order and the lady never acknowledged me with hi hello no smile .. then hands me my drinks with attitude… I had to asked for a drink carrier which is fine … then she huffed n puffed with more attitude and rudely grabs my drinks from my hands I said I can do it myself bc I didn’t like how she was grabbing my drinks out of my hands.. very rude with no courtesy.. so I put my drinks down then she gives me my food, as I go to grab the bag she held on to so when I grabbed it tore and all my food fell on the ground out side and inside of my car .. she then didn’t assist to help… she left me there waiting at the window and walked away… there were a few girls there just standing and talking to her and completely ignored me for a long time …keep in mind there was a whole long line behind me so they are waiting too . I’m so beyond frustrated and so upset… I have been ever treated like this ever.. I am a very understanding person…I do work in retail so I get it .. but I didn’t do anything for her bad mood, or to receive attitude and ignored left at the window just to gossip and laugh at … i looked like a fool.. then when someone finally comes back no apology no concern with what had happened. I was still calm with her as I explained my food fell to the ground and I need new fries .. she walked away like she didn’t care and wanted me out of her way..if was the manager or if there was one I was never brought a manager to me.. I was soo furious never ever I have I felt like this before and man this will be the last… bc that establishment there is no consideration for customers that comes.. nothing but attitude that could of been avoided and handled way differently if a manager was involved ..but no I was joke Good job MCdonalds!!!this location is horrible I do not recommend it nor will I go to your location ever again.. WORT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY BAD...
