I think he said his name was Antwan he was the 1st face I was the sandwich artist he was amazing and very Pleasant to the children, he made sure he got their orders clear even tho all 3 of my girls started by talking all at the same time Lexi was on cashier she was amazing as well and she was later cleaning the lobby she was also very friendly to me and my children even though I saw her and Antwan working hard to get our orders completed and the drive Thur orders completed and the pick up orders completed. They where nice there was another young man working there as well mostly on drive Thur I think but he did come up from to help as well I forgot his name I think it started with a letter J. He was also nice and friendly they all did a great job and they all should get a raise they do an amazing job and every-time I come to that store location the one guy Antwan is always working I hope I am getting his name right a stronger build black gentleman. He always treat me and my children nice and respectful he always makes sure he gets the order right the 1st time. He is gentle in his speech he dose not yell or raise his voice loudly and every-time I come there I just see him as a gentle giant kind and considerate of all customers needs I seen a guy come in and yell at him one time he never yelled back. He just tried to make the guys order, correct. He just asked the man how can we make this right for you and the guy was really rude to him not this time visit but if was a different visit. Had a great experience. The two gentleman that did my order were friendly, polite, funny, and both smiled. Made sure my order was what I wanted and made some good suggestions to make the sandwiches better. Enjoyed the sandwich and they were very fresh. Had no issues using the coupon I had. Thanks for the great service. I'll be back to this particular Subway. UPDATE: July 10th, tried to go through the drive-thru, gave up and went inside. Touch screen was more like bang the screen, not responsive. Disappointed at 5 pm the only bread available was white or wheat, the rest wasn't ready. Overall the visit was ok, service wad friendly, just didn't carry over...

I guess it's a issue when you want your sub a certain way!!! Today 8/24/24 at 11 soon as the store opened me and my family went in to get a sub. The ignorance started from the beginning with her sighing and teeth sucking all because we wanted our subs a certain way!!! The older lady was respectful and tried to help the best she could but the younger girl needs to be fired!!! Not only did she sigh and suck her teeth she shook her head when we asked her to toast our bread with veggies on the bread!!! Where is the professionalism these days!!!
