Please understand that I completely understand this is a new location and that there is still training going on. But this is the 2nd time this week where I had to waste 20mins of my time and get a refund because I walked up to the window to order. This morning I placed my order with Madison at the window at 7:01am. I had ordered a medium kicker and a medium cappuccino. At 7:12 I said “excuse me I under you’re training but about how much longer on the drinks” being as though I was the only order at the window. She told me they were almost done. A few mins later I got the cappuccino. Then I waited a few more minutes and stated hey I really have to leave can I just be refunded for the kicker because by 7:15 my medium kicker was a cup of ice just sitting on the counter. It was two trainees working on the cappuccino, that took 13mins to make. I expressed how my kicker wasn’t even started this was after Madison said it was almost done. And she was rude and said “Well we’re training soo” and I said I get that but 13mins for 2 people well 4 to make a drink because Madison and another trainer were overseeing so 4 people. She refunded me and was rude and slammed the window. I have been to many Dutch bros in different states and this location will definitely be one where I won’t go to...
Read moreI really love their coffees, BUT, I still don't remember the names for their drinks, this being said, the only reason I am giving them only 2 stars is because I went there today and when I asked if they had Frappuccino they said they do but it's called different and said it was a frozen blend. I ordered it and once I got to the window they said if I had the Eagle drink, I just saw a drink that looked like the Frappuccino and said yes. Once they handed me the drink they realized it wasn't my drink , I tried to give it back and they said they couldn't take it back and they were making a new one. The girl at the window was really nice. Since it looked like a Frappuccino I just told them it was OK I could just keep that one, no big deal they didn't have to make a new one. When I was trying to tell this to the young lady at the window I saw she was talking to the girl making the drinks and I could tell the one making the drinks was upset because I took the drink, SHE WAS JUST NODDING HER HEAD LIKE SAING NO!! like if I was trying to STEAL!!!!! SERIOUSLY???!!!! I SPEND WELL OVER $30 MOST of the time I go there, because my kids love their shakes. I certainly don't have the need or want to be stealing...
Read moreI love that Dutch Bros opened up a location in Grand Prairie! I’m not really a coffee person. However, I’ve found a new favorite which is great on hot summer days: Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade! I’ve tried both iced and blended and both are delicious! I’ve also had a Dutch Cocoa at another location and am excited to pick one up soon, as we’re heading into cooler weather in North Texas. I definitely like the wide variety of drink options that Dutch Bros has to offer. In addition to what I’ve mentioned above, they also offer energy drinks, sodas, smoothies and shakes.
Besides the beverages, the drive thru order takers and Broistas are awesome! They’re super friendly and definitely deserve a tip, so make sure you leave one. Also be sure to download the app, so you can earn points! They accumulate pretty quickly and the app also provides other perks, such as a half-birthday half-priced drink, which I recently redeemed. I also have a free any-size drink waiting, which I’ll most likely redeem...
