Rarely come to this location, but since it was closer and was raining i decided to stop for happy hour. All stalls close to the building was fully taken . So i parked on a stall on the outter part. When I activated the button no answer, reactivated the button again finally i got assistance. But needless to say the order taker got on to say can you park closer it's raining. Wth if all stall's are full where in the world will i park. Then i see a black female come out look around. Yes dummy you all are busy and stall's are full. She just didn't want to get wet but that is how you service us paying customers. Not like i can get off and order inside. If i can rate this place a negative --- 0 i would. I will support other business's that treat me better than this. So i guess any kind of ugly weather she not willing to walk to outside stall. Read moreIt was my birthday and a friend insisted on my doing the whole money on a pin. Plus a pin saying it was my birthday. I work nearby and frequent the place every so often. I walk there so I was eating outside. The service was as always very good, nice and friendly. Well as I got up I was thinking of getting a milkshake when the server came out and gave me a free ice cream cone. I'm not a fan of ice cream cones as I don't like to eat the cones. But I was extremely grateful and do what I usually do if I have to get ice cream cones. I ate the ice cream and threw out the cone. I was surprised and as I stated extremely grateful for something I never expected. I thanked her and left eating the ice cream.

I thought they opened at 6 am like a lot of other locations which is my fault for not checking. So, I got there at 6:55 am and press the button to order. I was then rudely informed that they were not opened and kitchen was not ready. When I ask what time they opened I was in formed at 7 am.
For only five minutes till opening I feel like they could have at least took my order and informed me that it may take a few minutes for the tator tots or whatever. I would have been glad to wait a few minutes longer for the food as I wasn’t in a rush.
However, since the lady was rude I decided to take my business to the new Sonic down the road. Customer service was outstanding there this morning!
